Stay away from myhermes delivery company - total quack company

Tracking shows that myhermes made a delivery attempt at 23:37?
Between a loud doorbell, a dog who would have barked the house down, and no delivery note, I detect some bull!!!! going on.
Of course, there is no number to call to find out what’s going on.
Not happy.

I had a parcel delivered from them some time last week. It was left in my back garden. There was no card put through the door, so we did not know it was there. My husband came across it on Friday, after a night of heavy rain. It is absolutely sodden. Why they did not use the open greenhouse, open shed or bunker, I have no idea. A card might have hinted where it was. The sender has been amazing though, just waiting to see if everything dries out without any damage.

My experience of them this year has been good. I am lucky to have a really good local Parcel shop to drop them off to but havent had any problems all year. Royal mail on the other hand has lost one letter and dropped a parcel damaging the contents.

Need to contact these guys about a potential ‘damaged in transit’ and an item just left when I paid for a signature to be obtained, but he webchat they advise to use(am not paying 7p a min to call them)

Any advice?

I just recieved an update from Hermes tracking quote, There was a an issue whilst your package was in transit . Driver not scanned I tried to live chat but was told to wait until it updates ... It was from a vendor on Ebay, I always avoid sellers that use Hermes but it stated it would be Royal Mail signed for but to my Horror it was in fact Hermes that would be delivering it .. has anyone had this message from them

no but it sounds like it might have been damaged. should update overnight with more details. if not i would contact the vendor
