This company is a joke i waited in all day on the 31st of December for a delivery from Zara which never turned up. Their company website continuously crashes. Link from Zara email claims they attempted to deliver at 10 57 yet another lie. Don't order from Zara as long as they use Hermes!! Contacted Zara this morning and requested to speak to a manager only to be informed its not their policy to put a manager on the phone but you can book a manager call back within 24-48 hours dreadful customer service from both Zara and Hermes:mad:

Link to other reviews relating to Herpes ahem i meant Here reviews257939.html

For what it's worth, I've sent about 6 packages through myhermes. They've always managed to get the item there without me having to chase it up.

Sent 60 in the run up to Christmas and all of them arrived with no problems before Christmas.

I bought and paid for a charity auction item, cost £33 + £7 delivery via my Hermes. It never arrived despite being shown as delivery and the charity had to refund me out of their own pocket (unfortunately it was a Christmas present and with a newborn and maternity pay I could not afford such a generous donation otherwise!).

    Stay awwwaaaaaay!

I sent about 30 ps3`s over the last month , i`ve just had 2 complaints this week and both remarked about the boxes been damaged and one box had two big holes in each corner .
I send my items in brand new boxes so it`s there poor handling of items.

I`ve always payed the extra £2.20 for compensation upto £100 but after reading there t&c`s it looks like a total waste of money as they hardly pay out compensation on anything.

Needless to say i`ll never trust these idiots with any more of my parcels.

You would think a daily pick up from one of their Parcel Shops would be routine - but no it isn't!

Dropped off early day one - picked up 12 noon day three - so no chance of early delivery - they say 2-4 days!

Can't ring them unless you want to pay 10p/min 0871 number.

Live chat is ok - but they just apologise and refer to investigations team who need 48 hrs to look into things!

    Pretty hopeless.

And - what will happen next - it hasn't got to the courier yet only picked up!:mad::mad:

    Its not their shops.
it s a network of shops who offer a service
There's only one carrier with a network of collection points that are cleared daily by law ;)
Your service is 2-4 days and not guaranteed at that,so why complain at day 3?

I have account with Hermes, my courier collects every day before 11am, have been selling for almost 10 years on eBay, have dealt with Hermes in last year , and out of 40 parcels aweek going out ,I have had 2 problems in a year (touch wood)
Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec
  • I have used MyHermes and Parcel2go for years and have never once had a problem, this includes selling and buying items and sending parcels at Christmas to family and friends.

I am shocked to see so many people having a problem, the very least I ever had was a failed collection, in which I contacted Parcel2go Live Help and they immediately book for the next available day for both parties.
  • sent over 200 last year and 3 turned up broken ( 50/50 my fault ) never had a lost parcel

as soon as someone on here uses them and has a problem its the usual WOULDNT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE , AVOID AT ALL COSTS brigade slagging them off
