Been on the phone this morning to clarify this 2% fee and it seems they still do it !! He even went away and asked someone else, who confirmed that a 2% fee is charged, capped at £50
Anyone know any different ?0 -

Rubbish!
Recently got the Guide Dog Card. BT done 5th May, no fee. 1st statement now visible online, just the straight min. repayment due. NO FEE
Ask to speak to a supervisor. Check on your personal Ts and Cs. That's what you have agreed to.
On another note, has anyone applied for more than one charity card,or is that not allowed?0 -

Simply ask as you do the transfer. That's what i always do, regardless of the T&C's stating no fee.
Apparently there are 2 different deals on the charity cards, and the customer services people can tell identify your card by the follow-on interest rate, so have yours to hand if you're calling them upAnnual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery0 -

I already have Halifax accounts, so you can add it there to your Portfolio as another account.0

Just phone HBOS to check that there would be no transfer fee. Was told that there was a 2% Fee. WHen I quoted what the website said he told me that his screen says 2%, if I wish to progress then there would be a transfer fee.
Not sure what to do now.
