Princes do some tuna snacks - not syn free but quite low. They have various flavours including lemon mayo, lime and pepper, tikka, and red chilli and lime. The 80g tin is 1 syn on red days, and I believe they are a healthy extra on green..? Consultant31 might confirm.

Hi Phil,
Had a look at your links to the tea. It looks like a gimmic to me.... and I've tried everything (including tablets with kola nut extract in them that make you hyper). By all means, give it a go but I doubt it would be very effective for very long.
I've read in various slimming magazines that green tea is not only rich in antioxidants but also helps assist weight loss. Perhaps you could save yourself some time and money and try the old fashioned healthy eating plan along with 4-5 cups of green tea per day.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
I went to the pharmacy last night and jumped on their scales, they didnt have one the the public could use but in their little consultation area that they have nowadays (it was a lloyds pharmacy) they had a set of scales that they said I could use! Trouble was it was in kgs so then had to go home and translate the bloomin things!! Still, i think I lost 1lb this week so not bad, i know I need to get a bit more serious about what I eat though as I was so lazy and tired last night that OH shoved a pizza in the oven and I had that for tea!! eeek! I haven't got anything to eat with me today at work, I find it really hard to plan meals and shop accordingly but know that is the best thing I could do!!!
Well done everyone for your losses, the 2lb club looks good but dont want to disapoint myself as I dont seem to have been losing that much regularly so will just plod on in the corner I think!Official DFW Nerd 2100 -

Well Done Glad - Thats good going!
Someone mentioned having hot blackcurrant to drink. This brings back memories of a child - I used to have this or hot Ribena (but squash was cheaper!) Sometimes I give my kids this with small amount of honey in it when they have the cold/flu.
Its a nice alternative to tea/coffee.
How are you today Cheekymole? Think I've got your tummy cramps0 -

There is such a lot of money to be had selling anything which promises to get you slim without any effort and it's all a load of expensive rubbish.
Do yourself a favour and look at what you can eat with the Slimming World food optimising plan and still lose weight This is easy, enjoyable, healthy and it costs nothing (except buying extra fruit and veg perhaps).
Green tea is full of antioxidants and therefore a healthy alternative to caffeine laden tea and coffee, but otherwise you may as well (in fact, should be) drinking at least two litres of plain tap water every day. I'm quite sure that water would do as much, if not more, to help you slim as the Pu-Erh tea.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
