I haven't found any free weight tracking graph sites yet
Have you looked at https://www.fitday.com? The PC version isn't free, but the online version is - you can track loads of things with it and there are graphs and pie-charts on there for all sorts of things.
Well done to both you, cotsvale and CheekyMole for your fantastic results! :T :T :T
I've been doing the SW plan for a week now and though I can't weigh myself, I do think it is working! OH is also convinced that he has less on his tummy (his main trouble spot), so we're definitely sticking at this!
I've entered the last four days of my food diary into Fitday and, even though I feel like I've eaten an awful lot (for a diet), the calories seem to fall at about 1400-1500 a day, which I think is a good weightloss intake, isn't it? The vast majority of my nutrient intakes are over the RDAs too, and my sodium, fat, protein and saturated fat levels seem to be good (though I'm not an expert, I did do quite a lot of reading about nutrition when I became vegan) so following the SW plan does seem to naturally make you eat healthily.
It may seem weird to over-think it like this, but I do like to know why this 'diet' works when it's so unlike all the other diet-speak you hear! So far, I have to say I'm impressed with the thinking that has gone into it.Sealed Pot Challenge 5 - #1742 :j0 -
Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking aound this board for a wee while now! I'm going to go back to SW tonight as I've now reached my all time record high weight ...again ! ( not including when I was pregnant...that was really scary!)
I was at Berwick holiday camp last weekend and I really struggled to get up the hill from the beach. I also got my son's picture taken with Bradley bear and I managed to get in the picture. Not a pretty sight! Of course he wants it displayed on top of the TV.
So tonight's the night....as they say.
Tomorrow the plan begins!Must learn not to count chickens before they are hatched!!!!:D
Every day is a new challenge not a new problem!:p
SW start 08/01/14 4/21lbs (1st target) :j0 -
Good Luck tonight trytobegood - and no more lurking - please join us!
Hi Ros Good to have you with us and well done on the 2stone - you must feel a lot better for it!
Cotsvale - Good to hear from you again. Good news about the smaller clothes - I'm glad you are feeling happier!
I've got a stinking cold, PMT and a migraine. Can it get any worse  Am going to get the nippers off to bed and head there myself.
Catch up with you all tomorrow. X0 -
Well done Cheekymole.
Welcome tryingtobegood and Ros.....it's nice to have a few more new faces on the thread. Don't worry, JennItles - we all have setbacks in our plans, I'm sure you'll be back on track soon.
I'm doing better today. Had to stay in my mum's all afternoon as OH had our car at work. DS had the best time playing with his grandma and I got a rest... I feel like a new person. I didn't really have much control over what I was eating, but at least on full choice, I can count it all in.
My aim this week is to stick to my points, eat loads of veggies and try and get a few walks in with sasha (she's looking a bit tubby too!) . BTW - Sasha is my golden cocker spaniel and she's completely adorable.
Hope you're feeling better tomorrow, Honey. Good luck everyone else.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
