I am really pleased with my 2 stone loss - I have to confess that I have bought Paul McKenna's 'I can make you thin' book as well (from WHSmith online - delivered to store) - to try and keep the weight off
I'll let you know if it is any good when i finish reading it!0 -
Hi Ros, welcome alongI haven't got one!0

Well done Cheeky!! Must be lovely being at your target
Well done to Glad and Rachie and others. It's nice to know so many people are doing so well as i seem to be sabotaging myself at the moment. I will be back on track by tomorrow hopefully. There seems to be too much going on in my life at the moment to think about shopping and food so i keep eating rubbish. I have absolute faith that i'll shake it off though!
Least i managed to drag myself off to aqua aerobics last night (really actually felt like going to bed)
Also wasted plenty of time this morning beginning to build a little chart in excel that will replace the sw progress chart. I'm addicted to the downward slope!
Keep it up everyone!0 -
I copied mine into paint last night so that I can remind myself of the pretty picture
I haven't found any free weight tracking graph sites yet
I will really miss that slimming world feature from the password - I think WW should give the same tools to paying class members0 -
Hi Ros
What WW plan were you on and any tips as my weight loss seems to be really slow im on points but did try NC but was told i wasnt eating enough0 -
I have stuck to No count
The regular breakfast (porridge) keeps me going through the morning without snacking
Soup and yoghurt for lunch
Then dinners of Baked potato, tuna and beans or Grilled chicken, spinach and plum tomatoes, and more yoghurt!
Clementines/ grapes etc as snacks
I don't feel hungry - really think the breakfast makes a difference
I had a health grill (Gorge Foreman type think by Breville) and that is now in use a lot
I also have poached egg and bacon at the weekends for breakfast with some toast - I still feel like I'm eating forbidden food!0 -
Hi Everyone
Just a quick check in, I have not been on for weeks as my computer has been broken, got a new one and it is faulty and has to go back. I've been doing better lately & the nurse weighed me today and I have lost 2 stone altogether since Jan 16th. I've also now been prescribed the Xenical which I start tomorrow. I am really pleased. Only another 6 stone to go!!
I am desperately sad about the password as I use it for looking up syn values - it will be a really bad loss for me.
I hope you are all being good and shrinking, I've just been on ebay buying some smaller clothes.
I'll check in again when I have access to a computer again.
Good luck everyone.0
