As a buyer what puts you off a listing?

People who charge extra postage for Highlands and Islands when using Royal mail/Parcelforce (The prices are the same throughout the uk)0

Any listing with "rare" in the title - probably means it is not.
Listings that take the Mickey on postage (and a don't mean adding a little bit for the envelope) and deffo where postage has not been quoted.
Lots of silly conditions - especially the "not responsible if I don't really post it" and the "pay in 10 minutes or get negative feedback - item will be posted 6 weeks after payment received".0 -
RARE ITEM, ..
Could well be if it were not for the other 278 identical ones listed.0 -

I asked about these and she said that it was supposed to say £1.50
And she has changed it0 -

Anyway, on topic:
"I don't accept returns" - You do if Paypal say so, mate.
Ludicrously high postage for something that's obviously tiny.
L@@K
Big multicolour stuff
Txt spk
The inability to spell basic words... will you spell my address correctly on the envelope?
I'm not responsible if it doesn't arrive
Shops only - I'm on holiday until ... a week ago, and I've not updated my holiday settings yet.
And probably more stuff that I can't remember (too busy on Football Manager to concentrate... go Redditch)

"Research has shown that 98% of ebayers who don't bid when they are viewing the item page and only decide to watch forget to bid and miss a bargain."
"Bid early and bid high!!!"
"I reserve the right to end the auction before the 12 hour deadline if an acceptable price has not been reached."
and finally....
"!!!!!!!!!!!" - I detest the inappropriate use of exclamation marks - it just tells me your an excitable twit.
ohh and Yanks who send me blessings from god at every stage of our communication from an intial question about shipping via invoice, dispatch notice too feedback.... I even get - "I pray your item arrives safely with you" , well given I've just been forced to pay for Global priority with tracking I did hope prayers wouldn't be necessary.0 -
this is from one of my previous posts on a similar topic....
I hate it when they SHOUT THE RULES OUT AT YOU IN BOLD RED AND CONFUSE THE WORD 'BOUGHT' WITH 'BROUGHT' AND NEVER SEEM TO START A NEW SENTENCE AND SPEL LYK IT A TXT MSG OR SUMTHN
HA!0 -
I only buy, don't sell - so here's my likes and dislikes.
I happen to like centre lined text! Am I the only person?? Lol. I like it when they make it easy to read basically, big font (not HUGE font), centre lined.
I don't like stupid fairy princess backgrounds.
I don't like only one photo (I want to see more than one, preferably with a ruler, or a guide to the size in the photo, makes my life easier)
Stupid spelling
Bizarre rules you must follow
Peoplle who are like "OMG YOU SO MUCH BUY NOW BCOS ITS LIKE AMAZING I AM AN AMZING SELLER ---- CHECK MY FDBAK!!!"
In fact, I hate being told to check feedback, I mean, who doesn't? And they're generally only from people who have a feedback of 36 and sold 2 items.
Really small descriptions - which I find are generally accompanied by a load of check out my other items etc etc - put a bit more effort into selling the product.
Basically, simple, spell it out for me pages are good.
Complicated, too much useless information, bad spelling = badI love surprises!0
