One of the most annoying thing to me is when they say they will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
I've only had one item I was expecting go missing and the seller had this written as part of their T&Cs. The transaction was a complete nightmare. It really put me off buying anything from someone else that has it as part of their auction terms.
I never buy off anyone with those strange conditions, they completely misunderstand their responsibilities as a seller.0 -
