Many thanks for coming onto the thread to help me... :A

I don't know what a ps2 is I'm afraid, but am able to use the mouse and keyboard if I wiggle the mouse connection to the PC.

I'll try anything which any of you tell me to do, as long as it is in simple 1 2 3 steps to follow type of thing, or it may go wrong again...

does your keyboard connect to your pc with a round coloured connector, if not find a keyboard with this connection and plug it in

It has a mauve coloured round connector.

My only knowledge of a PS2 previously was my youngest sons games consort... :rotfl:

I've just done that, and I now have options...

F9:Setup defaults
F10: Save & Exit

It says other things too, would you like me to type all of it?

If yes... It'll take me a while as I'm rather tired now...

But these are my options!
