  • Morning all :hello:

Well i think im in for a day of it today as DH.....or should that be H.....woke up both DD's at 5am on his way out to work  baby wont be too bad as at least she will sleep in the day but my 3yo will not nap at all so will be whingy nightmare all day

ahhhhh well,at least with the early start im nice and organised i suppose....the second washload is now on and i'll hang them both out when its finished, the BM is on as we have none left now we've finished our toast and everything is reasonably tidy and clean.
when it gets a bit nicer im going to clean the outsides of the windows downstairs, the girls can play in the garden whilst im doing it.

    breakfast = toast and cuppa/milk/juice!!

lunch = huge sub rolls with pork luncheon meat.

tea = either HM quiche and jacket pots or HM fish pie....must decide and quickly because whatever it is needs to come out of freezer!!

hugs for all that need them......hope everyone has a good day, expect i'll be back later.
  • Good Morning Everyone :j

It's a lovely sunny day here in Oxfordshire :D

Don't quite know what has happened this morning; I'm bathed, dressed and raring to go, and I'm not working this week  Anyhoo my Dad is coming over today so it's probably just as well, as I've got to clean the bathroom, mop the floors - and close the doors on the bedrooms before he gets here at 10.00am ;)

B: Cereal for DD Coffee for me
    L: Don't know yet
D: HM Spag Bol and garlic bread - yum

I've got a few things to do today; pop into town and meet Dad, get a new battery for DD's tamagotchi, pop into work and type out DH's notice for work (my printer's run out of ink  ) and later when I take Dad back into town to catch his bus, DD has a dentist appointment.

Really looking forward to having a whole week at home - and am currently thinking of cheap (ie costing nothing) things to do. A trip to the park and the lake to feed the ducks might be in order, as is making Easter nests - mental note to self - buy some mini eggs today!Anyway better dash (((((hugs))))) to all

    Good morning everyone,

PP - hope all goes well at the hospital today x
LTS - hope DDs arnt to tierd today, maybe they will have an early night for you instead????
And hello to everyone before and after!!!!

Well, first day of the holidays, dont have anyone arriving til 8.30 (just one today) and im still up at 7!!!! chance of a small lie - in but im wide awake, never mind, at least it should be a nice easy day. Do have a mystery shop to do later, but nothing too taxing and i can get some shopping in town at the same time so not too bad.
DS and DD are still in bed at the moment, nice not to have to shout at them to get moving, mind you i can here movement upstairs, so at least one of them is up, why do they never do this on a school day???!!!!
Well, just the DW to put on this morning, and i still need to hoover upstairs, should def get that done today, as there is only one little one and DS can keep an eye on her while i do it, only takes about 5 minutes to do, so not a huge job. Nothing much else planned for today, but its a lovely day out there again, so might go out for a walk later, which would be nice.
    Take care everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Morning everyone.

PP wise decision about taking food to the hospital - they charge so much.

Applemint - are you doing weight watchers? I need to star a diet and would love some moral support.

It is so lovely to be on holiday. I have got up with nothing that I absolutely have to do -wonderful:)

Breakfast - strawberries, branflakes and skimmed milk
lunch - homemade soup (still eating the lovely butternut squash and tomato), some wholemeal bread and some grapes.
Dinner - hoping to get a recipe for sweet and sour sauce so that I can make a vegetable sweet and sour followed by fruit salad and some yoghurt.

    Morning all :hello:

PP - I hope that the trip to hospital goes ok.

I would say that I can't believe that there's snow in Kent etc, but it was snowing on 24th April back in 1981 when my brother was born........................

I've got a teaching college friend coming round today. We normally just meet for lunch when I go to the dentist in the town where we did our course, but she wants to have a nosey around our pretty little town. I've got a lunch planned if we're not in the middle of town when we get hungry! But if we happen to be near the nice little coffee shop, then it won't be as expensive as that sandwich on the news for £85

By the way, a new member has joined us. He's far too nervous to post on OS at the moment. His user name is Dilbert...... and he's my OH! In fact, he hasn't posted yet. I'm trying to encourage him. Might take a bit of time.

    Anyway, time to go.
    See you later

That would be great. I am much better at doing things if I am accountable to other people.

Vicky A - welcome to Dilbert.
How do you put your weight at the bottom of your posts? I would like to do that as it might make me more procative about dieting.
