Morning everyone. Have a great Saturday whatever your plans are.

I am just getting ready to go to work. Only there until 1 so at least the full day is not lost.

Yesterday it turned out to be a really sunny and warm day :j :j :j
As I had been in the house most of the day didn't realise this and when I went to pick hubby up from work at 2.30 he was wondering why I had a fur jacket on

Didn't get much done yesterday as I started reading a book I had picked up from the library and didn't put it down until it was finished

Tonight is the mother-in-laws birthday do thing. Not really in the mood for it but hey ho.

Well gotta go and decide what to take with my for brekkie.

    Bye for now.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRIZZ HEAD
    :bdaycake:

Racy - Domestic Goddess - NOT - eh?

Snowy - I feel for you not being able to sleep. Not a problem I suffer from but my DH does & I know how it makes him feel sometimes. :grouphug:

Prudent - Glad you had a good party. It sounds like you're in the middle of an everlasting birthday. I had one of those when I turned 50 they're brilliant.

Smokey - I hope you & your family find today a comfort.

I have nothing to say yet, just sitting here eating my breakfast whilst DH is out with the dog then looking forward to a bike ride & not looking forward to braving Morrisons but it has to be done.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Good morning everyone :)
It is dry here this morning so the washing is on the line, and I have just put another load on. DW was on overnight so just needs emptying and then will be ready for filling again!! I have promised OH a bacon, sausage and egg bap for his breakfast this morning and then we are off to the library and a few jobs that need doing in town. I spotted big black hand prints on the white gloss paint on the bannisters when I was coming downstairs this morning so I think that a bucket of stardrops and a couple of microfibre cloths will be in use in this house this afternoon!!
    Have a lovely day everyone

Bright and sunny here today, DD's are already bouncing away on the trampoline...where do they get their energy from?

Off to have my hair cut later - I'm going for the chop too - must be something in the water - it's just past shoulder length at the mo, going for a chin length bob.

DH will be cutting the lawns today, front garden needs a good tidy too, then he's making HM burgers for tea.

    Brekkie - cereal
Lunch - not sure yet - wrap or sarnie
Dinner - HM burgers in cheesy topped rolls with relish and pickles

Really need to crack on and get dressed and drag DD2 in from the garden to get changed to come with me - she wants to buy herself a tamagotchi - I tried talking her into some new baking trays - but she was having none of it!

    Have a great one all.

Smokey I have no idea what PMSL is so you could not upset me, as I am well past the PMS thing and the big M, just could not work it out!!!!!

The bad day kept on, I woke at 3am and could not get back to sleep made a cup of tea and read for a couple of hours, then did snooze, have just got up and had my shower. I am off to plant up a friends garden in a minutes and OH is playing bowls this afternoon so I am off to see another friend we are going to house sit for her in a couple of weeks, so need to have a chat about what might need doing whilst she is away.

Off for brekkie...... see ya'll later.

    Good morning everyone,

(((((((((HUGS)))))))))) to everyone today, i have read the posts, but after sharing two bottles of wine last night, im feeling a tad delicate, and it has all gone straight out of my head!!!!
Well, did have a lovely time last night, went to a Weatherspoons, and we were able to use their offer of 2 meals for £6.29, and bought the 2 bottles of wine that were £6.99 each (much cheaper than buying individual glasses) so spent just over £10, so really pleased, and its lovely to get out and have some adult conversation, and not have to worry where the children are and what they are doing!!!!!
Mind you, off to take DS to football in a minute, so maybe shouldntve had the second bottle of wine!!!!
Not much else planned for today, my mum is here until tomorrow afternoon, so thats nice, they like to go to my local pub on a saurday afternoon, but i think i will be sticking to water!!!! She came laden with a food parcel, so hopefully wont have to do another big food shop this month, which will be really good.
Hope everyone has a lovely day, and the sun is shining where you are (looks a lovely day here!!!)
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
