    Morning all icon7.gif

Twink, let us know how you got on with grumpy, oh the fun of giving a cat a tablet icon10.gif.

r.mac, I'm in the same position, cat lover with a small flat and no outside space. I'm giving some thought to asking the local cat rescue charities to let me know if they get an "indoor" cat that needs re-homing. Apparently if it is what they have been used to it is better to continue that. I want to do some more checking first though.

Nutty, glad to hear your friend's mum is a bit better. PP have a lovely break icon7.gif. Chipps, enjoy DD's visit, TM, watch those Banana Muffins, they do strange things to you  (no it wasn't the wine, Honest Guv icon12.gif). Rzl, I love the sound of your "quiet evenings at home" _party_ BTW, I meant to recommend adding Broadgate Tesco Metro to your list of final reductions sources, if you find yourself in that part of town late evening. Sometimes nothing doing, sometimes loads, they tend to be either the ready meals or fresh things. The Banana glut in the Racy household recently was because that Tesco had huge bags of bananas reduced to 33 pence. Having a look to see what they have is the one good thing about working late icon9.gif.
Right, off to get sorted for my second weekend away on the trot  . I hope you all have good ones.

Hugs to all who need or would like them

Cheers Racy! Is Broadgate Tesco's the one opposite Liverpool Street Wetherspoons? Oh no hang on that's Bishopsgate. I'll find it :D

The ones that shut at 8pm-ish and don't open at weekends are the best ;)

There used to be a Tesco Metro on Oxford Street (opposite House of Fraser) which had lovely stuff reduced on Sunday lunchtimes just as I happened to be passing (my church is at Marble Arch and I have to get back to Charing Cross to get home!) but it closed down :( though the Covent Garden Tesco often has decent bargains around 3pm on a Sunday.

The Hormone Hostage knows that there are days in the month when all a man has to do is open his mouth and he takes his very life into his own hands!
This is a handy guide that should be as common as a driver's licence in the wallet of every husband, boyfriend, or significant other!!

    DANGEROUS: What's for dinner?
SAFER: Can I help you with dinner?
SAFEST: Where would you like to go for dinner?
    ULTRASAFE: Here, have some chocolate.

    DANGEROUS: Are you wearing that?
SAFER: Gee, you look good in brown.
    SAFEST: WOW! Look at you!
    ULTRASAFE: Here, have some chocolate.

DANGEROUS: What are you so worked up about?
SAFER: What did I do wrong?
    SAFEST: Here's fifty dollars.
    ULTRASAFE: Here, have some chocolate.

DANGEROUS: Should you be eating that?
SAFER: You know, there are a lot of apples left.
SAFEST: Can I get you a glass of wine with that?
    ULTRASAFE: Here, have some chocolate.

DANGEROUS: What did you do all day?
SAFER: I hope you didn't overdo it today.
SAFEST: I've always loved you in that robe!
ULTRASAFE: Here, have some more chocolate.

My husband, not happy with my mood swings, bought me a mood ring the other day so he would be able to monitor my moods.

The Bishopsgate one is it, 158-164 Bishopsgate, right opposite Liverpool Street Bishopsgate Entrance.

I miss the Oxford Street Tesco too! It was so useful (but I found it seriously pricey unless you got the reductions).

smokey ROFL I've sent that to my DH!!!

    I hope everyones well. :)

Its another rainy day here in the shire of Lincoln and my poor washing baskets are heaving with the strain of all the washing that needs to be done!! yikes!! Fingers crossed for a good drying day tomorrow and also that my soap nuts turn up so that they can have a good trial.

I received my tenancy agreement for my allotment today although its dated to start from 1/5/06  but she did say I could go on the plot once I'd returned the agreement so I may pop on tomorrow just to get it cleared ready for it to be rotovated. ;)

Sat here reading this I realised I haven't put the meat in the slow cooker for a stew tonight so I best get off and do that after I've had a cuddle with munch. :A

Have a great day everyone...its Friday woohoo!!! :T
