    Good Morning All :j

Wasnt planning to come on here till later but had to do some urgent salary calculations as someone has just resigned and could help but have a quick peep whilst I was here lol - only looking at the daily thread tho - will save all the others till later.

Am now a bit thrown as want to do hoovering this am before 11 as have got Tescos coming and cant here the door so having to change around in what order am doing things, also awaiting staples to deliver a new printer as my old epsom has just died and desperately need to print invoices.

WM just going on with 2nd load of the day - is bedding day and need to clean bedrooms, have PC man coming in later to healthchech childrens PC and hopefully he will b able to set up MSN for me as I cant do it at all.

Weather overcast but not too cold so may get washing out on the line, have also got a soup in the slow cooker for my lunches this week so havnt been completely lazy.

    L - veg soup
D - chilli rice and pitta bread.
Anyway lots to do so must go - have a great day. :D

    (((((((((((((((((Bargainrzl))))))))))))))

I had a lovely lie in this morning, DH took DD to school for me, although it was a bit of a disaster as DS has lost one of his school shoes, DD's lunchbox (which DS promised me faithfully that he had emptied and cleaned out) was found hidden in a corner full of mould!! So DH and I were stood in the kitchen frantically scrubbing at 8.30 this morning.

DS has a detention tonight so he won't be back until nearly 5pm and it will be too late to get into town and buy him new shoes :(

    Good morning all :)

Big slobbery hugs and kisses for those who need em.

Got a semi relaxed day at work today, not much on. Gonna raid the boots ACM at lunch time to see what I can get. Getting loads of “your looking good” compliments today, I put it all down the £2 primark top im wearing!!!

Im at weight watchers tonight so I’ll have to dash home and decide what’s for tea depending on how well ive done, if ive lost a satisfactory amount, its spicy “nandos” chicken, If I havent lost enough, bread and water for myself ha ha ha ha only joking. Im actually craving beans on toast. Mmmm beans on toast!

Aqua aerobics tonight at 8.30 too so it will be a late one for me by the time I flop in to bed at about 11.00 by the time I get home and get a shower and tend to my hair.

Sent OH off with home made egg mayo sandwiches with herb salad (its my one shopping extravagance, £1.60 a bag) so he should be happily fed up and will last until tea time.

Did a brilliant work out at the gym lastnight, built up a good sweat and then treat myself to 9mins on the stand and tan, I think ive become tanorexic. Ha ha ha.

Will try to post later but the rest of the day should pan out as follows….

    Lunch time
Trip to boots (across the other side of city centre)
HM chicken herb salad and mustard sandwiches, walkers lites and apples

    After work
    Weight Watchers
Cook tea – spicy “nandos” chicken or beans on toast
Do some aerobics (I swear by Charlie Brooks’ video)

    Tonight
Do a bit of housework or crafting
    Aqua aerobics
    BED ZZZZZZZZZZZ

Ill post my nandos knock off chicken recipe tomorrow 

    Morning all :hello:

Was up and dressed early this morning as had to drop Mr TM off in Bury at 9am - he's away for a week. Thing is - DS2 had a bad night again and would have slept on this morning but I had to wake him at 7.30 :(

So, have been to Bury and stopped of in Accrington on the way home and done an Aldi and Lidl shop, as I need a bottle (or 4) of vino as my friend is coming tonight :D Went to buy 1 bottle of fake Baileys and she charged me for 2 - but as she's wasn't authorised to make a refund it was just quicker to take a 2nd bottle (good excuse, huh? LOL) She blamed the fact she hadn't noticed the overcharge on the fact she has bad eyes so couldn't see  She was only young too - I wonder how many people get caught out like this because I was only reading last night about the problems getting a refund once you've left the store.

Anyway - the heavens have finally finished emptying on the Ribble Valley and the sun is trying to make an appearance. I have lots of washing to hang out - will risk it :D Also have to whip round with the vac (small boys and muddy shoes), clear the kitchen and sort out my fridge. SC has a gammon joint in apple juice in it which we'll have for tea with potatoes and veg of some sort.

Must dash - DS2 is doing his miserable act next to me - mainly because he wants cake - not for any other reason :D

    Have a good day

    Hello all again!

Thanks Queenie for the "tips of the chips" - took DFF back to asda to get refund, had a look in tesco's didnt like their DFF's they had slide temperature bars too that seemed very flimsy, maybe thats the norm?
the asda one is actually a good design but didnt risk getting another just yet.

Didnt get my underbed storage box in tesco, all sold out! but did get those two pack enamel roasters/trays now reduced to clear at £2.48! and an enamel roaster for 3.50, and a value fork for carving at 18p, along with viennese whirls now reduced half price 54p (mrkiplins) - yes dare i say it spent too much again!
    :o
Must stay at home and do keep fit dvds instead of going to shops.

just got back in time to have a cuppa, gotta go get DS already???? where does the time go???

Off to look for a recipe that uses Mutton, maybe a casserole? any suggestions anyone? dont fancy curry though today.
maybe i should put it in the SC?

    Have a good day!

Morning all! - oops afternoon really!

Hi Ticklemouse, have a look on the freebies board, there's a link to the Baileys website and they have various drink recipes using it - sound rather nice too!

Was up very early this morning as dh needed dropping at the airport about 5am ish! Didn't get home from work until 3am, so off for a nap soon - don't want to go too early, else will sleep for hours and then won't be able to sleep tonight after work! Good job tonight is last night working for the week! Need some energy though as a group of us are going out for a meal on Thursday with a friend who's visiting from Australia, be rude if I fell asleep in my dinner!

Went to dd2 and dd3's church service this morning and have managed the hoovering, got WM on and am planning chicken pies for tea - finish off the chicken from Sunday and the left over roasties (children were a bit poorly, otherwise there are never any left over roasties!), so will need to go and raid the freezer in a mo. Need it defrosted in the next couple of days as Lidl's freezer sale finished this weekend I think!

Need to find some new and cheaper car insurance and then will be off to bed!

    Have a good day all!

Im a little bit the same this week again as my monthly friend was 2 weeks ago and arrived again last night   - my body has never been the same since the contraceptive jag.

PP - what wonderful bargains - I wish we had a shop near us that reduced the prices so low

Nelski - have you tried Princes Square in Glasgow (lots of posh shops there so I am told) - the Glasgow Fort is good also - you may pass that on your way in

TM - I accidentally rang 5 bottles of wine through one of the Self Service tills in Tesco last week - I phoned them to tell them of my mistake and they told me to bring my receipt back - I got my money back - dont usually like Tescos but they came up trumphs that time

well better get back to w***

    Take care

    Afternoon all,
Good to hear almost everyone is in good spirits today, and hugs to Rzl and JW, hope you both feel chirpier soon

can't believe the time already, have been busy this am and popped into tesco's for some baby formula, (£5.98) and ended up spending almost £30:eek: I wouldn't mind but there is nowhere near a weekly shop in it, so still need to buy more online as originally planned  but have already used a large chunk of my budget, why can't they bar me or something??
Feel a serious storecupboard challenge coming on.....if only DH wasn't so blooming fussy.

Well had a very productive day yesterday, got all done that I wanted to, although today it looks like I never do a scrap of housework, hows does that happen????
Todays plans are to rescue this house, room by room. I reckon 5-10 mins in each room should do it, so won't take that long really, its just the motivation i need to find now, and the energy!

Also must spend some quality time with DD as she deserves it, she is a pleasure to be around (most days) and it is too easy to spend too long on here ignoring her:o,
Right i'm off see you later
