I hadn't chopped it around, PP, that is what you posted - and yes, it's because it really does sound like you are doing too much. I'm hardly likely to post and comment that you aren't doing enough!!
I'm sorry if my post inadvertantly caused you any offence; that certainly wasn't my intention (the complete opposite in fact!)LearningToSave. wrote:P_P......im damn sure you're not stupid and you know just how much you can and cant do!
I'm not quite sure how my post of genuine concern has ended up being mis-interpreted and provoked such a reaction.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

No one was implying that PP was "stupid".

Sort of like that Hun?
Poor PP has had almost week in hospital being prodded, poked, told to do this, that and the other by a bunch of strangers. Maybe a little quality time with her family might be very restful. I certainly have people I love who relax me when they are around, don't you?
Maybe we should all just cut PP a little slack and let her decide for herself what she is comfortable with. After all, she knows best how she feels right now, and she has Mr PP there with her. I am sure she realises how much she is valued by us all too.
I want PP to take it easy but not for too long though  I forget to clean the loo without her daily posts to remind meMy first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

hi everyone.
just been reading through the last couple of days OS threads and its amazing the support everyone gives each other when the chips are down. PP I think you are an inspiration and i hope your family get togethers and party go fantastically well - though with your organisational skills i know they will.
One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot more views than posts on this thread and i wondered if we could have a "Open Day" today. Lets see if we can go for the record number of posts on the daily thread
Dont just read - Post!!:j
just a thought
Today i will be ...............doing some stuff and eating some food at some point............:D

Racy - not quite sure what you are trying to achieve with your post - if you read my post above yours, it clearly states:Queenie wrote:I'm sorry if my post inadvertantly caused you any offence; that certainly wasn't my intention (the complete opposite in fact!)

Are you querying the order a quote is made in? (I'm assuming from your example of the above quotes of my own, which are out of sequence, that is the point you are trying to prove? ) Then do please re-read PP's own words, which I had quoted and were *not* out of sequence (the following is the full paragraph, as posted at the beginning of this thread) :Penny_Pincher!! wrote:We have BIL and family coming round later and are going dutch on a take-away (Indian or Chineese??) as Im not well enough to cook a big dinner for us all-they have 2 kids as well. So this will probably cost about £20 but havent had a treat like this for a while. We have a load of booze in as I always make sure we have decent red/white if anyone pops round or we go to them. Latest deal was from Tesco online wine and was Wolf Bass 6 of each for £2.80 a bottle after using a voucher code found on here.
Have the nurse coming at 8 for my daily jab and am still working out DD's party for next Saturday. May start a thread later today and ask for advice on doing things as easy as possible IYSWIM.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
