Pringles used to be the devil once you pop you can't stop:rotfl::rotfl:

I am really chuffed today I logged into ebay and won the dress I was after from Wallis that they no longer sell in the shops but they had it when I was much larger so now I have bought a size much smaller ,well pleased, don't know how I am going to afford it though at £1.71p was a bit steep:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ugh! weighed in today and it's 2lb on. Darn those carbs I've been letting myself eat. I know where I've been going on, I know there have been more treats and non diet type foods on the menu in the past couple of weeks, and that's what you get for it I suppose.

I also know why I've been inclined to do so, as it's coincided with having a lot on my mind, several different worries, feeling out of control in other areas of life, dealing with disappointments and concerns, etc, etc. The triggers have all been there, and running true to form I've reacted to them.:o

Anyway, yesterday was actually a rather light day foodwise, as I'm busy decorating, so it was eating small amounts, and working lots.
    Yesterday:
    B - cinnamon bagel
L - 1 slice h/m bread, 2 slices of ham spoonful of light mayo
D - bowl of beef & veg soup
supper - 1 slice of h/m fruit loaf

Aching today as a result of 11 hours of wallpaper stripping, but only more to be done. Could I hate woodchip any more than I do right now? I have the rest of the ceiling to strip today, then it's more prep work scrubbing down the walls, and sanding the woodwork. It's not doing my shoulder/wrists any favours, but they ache whether I do anything anyway.

I have a weekend away with my best friend this w/end so I have to get as much done as I can before then. I'm hoping my friend is in a good place foodwise, as she can be a real problem eater, and I can struggle sometimes to find any fresh fruit & veg in her house. I just can't face eating rubbish all weekend. I may pack a few of my promax bars in my bag, and resort to those if I have to. I am treating myself to travelling up on the train too, which will save me 6 hours of driving, through what looks like it will be torrential rain by Friday.

Well done to the losers and STS's. Hoping I can get the loss started again soon. I know I can do it, but my head has to be in the right place, that's obvious.

I feel for you with the woodchip Sary, our house was literally covered in the stuff! Still more to go but it'll have to wait til we're back from Nepal now.
Sorry things have been tough recently, hope it improves soon. As for this weekend, stick to your resolve and take some healthy food with you/get some in when you get there. You don't need to eat the way anyone else does, just the way you would like (I appreciate this is easier said than done but is possible). Good luck!

Just to put it in writing, I am hoping to lose another 3 pounds before we go away on 7th Aug.

Morning all! Happy to report a 2lb loss which I am very very happy with, especially with last weekends drink/curry binge. Have also done less walking this week due to not having my car (that sounds weird I know!) as I have been dog walking on my own locally as opposed to driving 5 minutes to my friends (doesnt sound far but thats a total of about 25 pavement walking which we both hate so would rather spend that extra time on the park) and walking and talking for hours with her and her dogs. I always walk more when talking as I dont get bored, and its a great social catch up cuz its exercise and no snacking on treats!

SARY - not nice but at least you know how/why it happened so can address it.

Horrible day of things to do today, so better get on with it. Have a good one all.

Aww well done BB - hope you feel a bit better soon. I think women should legally be allowed to give men (mild) food poisoning etc to also give them stomach cramps when its TOTM as no matter how sympathetic (or not) they may sound I bet they all think "it cant be that bad, every woman has it every month so its no big deal".

pringles are evil. did you see that recently the manufacturers lost a high court battle to get them declared as not crisps? They were arguing that the potato content is so negligable that they don't count as crisps therefore should not have vat on them. They lost, but I'd hate to think the damage they've done to the brand. My passenger on the way back from tewkesbury had a tube and i must confess to having a couple but as they weren't mine i stopped at just that. Has anyone in the history of the world ever put the top back on one of those things?(doesn't count if it's your second tube)

the kids def do not ever put the lid back on the pringles, it is just easier to put them in a bowl on the table and they fast hand them:rotfl: I used to love the sour cream ones but never touch them now, OH loves walkers sunbites wholegrain snacks now, I can't get into them, they don't do it for me, I much prefer snack a jacks:D
