Argghh I stop reading for a couple of days and there are pages and pages to catch up!

No weigh in this week as I haven't been home to my scales. I also can't post any inch losses as I've lost my tape measure.

Not convinced I'd have any results worth posting, but I didn't eat too badly last week and I've got remotivated regarding my exercise. Realised there are only 15 weeks to the great south run!! Although in line with my Q2 goals (yes I know I'm a bit late reviewing these) I have actually improved my running as I managed to run the whole of the British 10k on Sunday. Not in a particularly fast time (at least to my mind) but I didn't walk any of it so I'm really pleased. Not done so well with my other Q2 aims - drinking more water and posting more but I have improved a little with both.
Have got a training plan for the Great South Run so hopefully that'll help me drag myself out to exercise more often.

Congrats Granny - you must be so pleased.

Victory - I'm glad that things are heading back to normal for you.

Missy - have a great holiday.

Bails - I try to avoid chocolate totally - once I start it's like a runaway train and I just have to keep eating chocolate. Jelly babies, winegums and yoghurt are my substitutes.

Bails I am a chocolate demon and could demolish any put in front of me so I have decided to steer clear completely until I feel I have the willpower to have 1 square (That will be the day). So I am snacking on baby satsumas and yoghurt..may not sound appealing but once yuo eat them it puts the chocolate demon away for a while :A

Victory Glad to hear things are a little better and that your life is back to some kind of normalcy

Vixstar Well done you on 10K's with no walking that is a hell of an achievement :T

Didn't have a great day yesterday but totally happy with weigh in today as I lost 2.8lbs in my first week...Yay:j

    Have a good day everyone!

great results folks! I'd like to add that i've lost 1.2kg this week so i've got my head on straight now. Just need to keep it that way! Got a dreadful summer cold, all snotty. Which may be just as well as I'm hacking up a fur coat to trim a medieval outfit and I'd probably have inhaled twice as much as I already have if my nose wasn't blocked. My lounge looks like hte site of a masacre at the moment, most distressing.

    great news victory!

    Morning all!

Bails if I fancy chocolate I usually go for a Curly Wurly (117kcal) or Fudge (114kcal). Probably not the answer you were looking for though... :p

Beanie - wow already a year ago, it doesn't seem as long as that! Hope you have a lovely time.

Congratulations Vixstar on your 10K continuous run!!! I bet your time was nothing to be shy about either! Time isn't everything anyway (I'm a plodder! :p) Good luck with the training leading up to GSR.

Fredsnail it's Beanie that's off on holiday - sadly not me :(

Fantastic losses Granny, Starspar & KPC! :D

I'm pleased with my monthly result which is a STS (0.1kg fat gain, -0.1kg water loss, muscle STS) :j I now need to lose 0.5kg to put me back in the middle of my maintain range. I'm hoping the impending rest month from exercise will make it easier to lose a little bit of weight, as it did last year when I was recovering from my op :)

Good luck to everyone still to weigh this week.

    Hey all!
A loss of 0.4lbs over the last 2 weeks, which is a surprise considering I've been on holiday :rotfl:. Must be all that walking I did!

Congrats to all who have lost or sts'd these past 2 weeks!
