    Revels - yum!
Finally starting to do some regular exercise again, and it feels good. Did my pilates DVD yesterday and found it warmed me up a little more than I expected and tonight I've been jogging on the treadmill as the first step towards training for the GSR. Now all i've got to do is avoid the hot cheese baguettes at lunch tomorrow and I can feel really good about myself! Now where did Granny leave that self control...

Dunno but I wish she would share it. Today wasn't going too bad, but had a lovely bit of mature cheddar, couldn't resist a couple of slices of toasted cheese. Yummy. Hopefully it will satisfy me for the rest of the week and i can get back on track

good luck with the shorts hunt beanie! I got taken by surprise by some baked corn you find it in the ethnic section of the supermarket, they're all crunchy and yummy like nuts. Well i thought they'd be good for sw green - being corn and being baked so in a fit of optimism snarfed down a large pack. They aren't in the syns online so i had to use the calculator. the result was not pretty. This was a couple of weeks ago though. PAckets of anything are my downfall. I cannot put a part packet of anything back away - got to finish it. this goes for biscuits, but funnily enough, not multipacks of crisps.
