Well done to all losers! Im now hoping for a teeny tiny loss this week. I know I should be happy with a sts considering the weekend sneak peak at the scales after alcohol and curry binge but I wont be!
Have only just got up (very late night looking at W dresses!) so food will be a small portion of cereal, small jacket potato with beans and then a jambalaya made with rice, chicken stock and 1 tin of tomatoes, a large pepper and a large onion thrown in for the veg. OH will have it with half a chorizo cooked in it and I will have a sausage cooked in it. VERY yummy and all done in one big pan!0 -

Bindi, that's incredible going in 3 weeks! You're doing fantastic. Just don't worry about a bad or 2. The good (usually) outweighs the bad. No pun intended!
I might just have to get me one of them ticker things too :rotfl:0 -

The thought of choosing a 'treat' at the end of the day often keeps me on track throughout the day. But the treat has to be at the VERY end of the day, eaten in bed or in the bath, or else my self control is liable to go out of the window.:o

Just got back from a wander and in the co-op they had reduced choc muffins, never had them, never bought them but hey 49p for the kids why not? So did..OMG 505 cals each,29.5 of fat 30.4 of sugars and on it goes:eek: 505 cals that is my breakfast and lunch, let alone one single solitary muffin, never again, the kids loved them though but what a sugar fest:eek:0
