Hi all, just to let you know I won't be weighing in this week. I've forgotten the last couple of days and not feeling too well. Put me down as a STS and I'll report in next week.

awww raph. some amazing results folks, it almost makes me feel bad about the last 2 days! Becuase it's hard to get time away, we've now decided to blow what we'd spend on a full holiday on really nice short breaks. So it was a 5* b&b with a four poster bed, nice dinner and lots of activities. The mile walk throughthe white scar probably helped as it was a bit of a trek! Also went back to a pottery - I fell in love with some tea, coffee and sugar jars about a year ago, but couldn't justify them. Went back today and they were still there - and the colours will fit perfectly with the new kitchen plan! OH says I am the only person he knows who is going to a buy a kitchen to match the coffee jar. And there were matching mugs too, but i showed restraint. they are on the worktop behind me and I keep turning round for a little look as i type. Alas, they were most decidedly not mse, but given that I waited a year for them I'm not caring.

Granny, can you please put me down for a -2lb loss - that has me back to the weight I was before my 2lb gain, which is effectively a STS again I suppose, but at least it is back off again.

Sorry Sary, I'd done the chart before you posted. I'll put your -2lb on so you'll see it on the chart when I post it next week.

If there are any mistakes please let me know and I'll fix them.
