VICTORY - I think you sound of very sane mind and also like you know exactly what you want and if you have felt like that for 2-4 years then I think you owe it to yourself to do what is right for yourself. Yes obviously seperation is difficult for children but it can be handled well and you can still both be great parents to them. Also I know its easier said than done, but you can tell people to give you space/back off as you dont deserve to be shouted at or have your judgement clouded as it is clear you arent making any decisions lightly. I hope your arthritis improves soon as thats the last thing you need x

Food wise has been cereal, jacket potato, chocolate (!) and then dinner will be left over chicken, new potatoes, salad and corn on the cob which will be yum.

It's too hot to do anything. Had to have a salad for dinner - it was nice, the chilled plate it was served on was nicer but I don't think they'd have let me take it from the dining room. Think I may have to break a habit of a life time and get up early tomorrow morning to do some exercise as I'll get none done this week and that won't help me with my 10k in a couple of weeks and definitely doesn't count as being a good girl.

I'll tell ya what, this hot weather makes you want to eat less. I love it when the sun shines!

    Food today has been:
    B - shredded wheat
L - nectarine, banana, pack of snack a jacks
    snack - 10 mixed nuts
    D - quorn grill x 2, steamed veg.

Have had lots of hot drinks, and don't really fancy anything much to eat. Lunch was eeked out over about 4 hours, as I just didn't feel like anything.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

fnarfnar, did you weigh in after you offloaded your waste with a dump BB? admit it, you gave me that feeder line deliberately didn't you?
duh.gifyou'd think after inadvertantly handing the very same opportunity to my OH and him making full use of it, I wouldn't in all innocent have said it again here wouldn't you:rotfl:

Yes sary - easting much less. Tuna steak & salad for dinner too. Only just eaten and not that hungry.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Hot weather makes me eat more rubbish :o.

Though I did do some exercise last night for the first time in ages.

Victory I hope your Mum's partner is on the mend soon. I think you've got a lot on your plate at the moment, but you will get through it.

Fairly disappointing 0.4lb loss this week. But I suppose that a loss is a loss.

Here's hoping for a better one this week!:D

    Have a great holiday KPC.

Victory I hope everything is ok and he gets better soon.

banana I remember many a week where it was for me either a STS or a slight loss , the emotions would range from annoyance, frustration, reading back over and over again my food diary, analyzing why this happened what to do better where did the cals go etc oh it was time consuming:rotfl::rotfl: the fact is some weeks are like that and a loss is a loss, some weeks you gain for TOTM or illness, water retention, bloatedness ,mediaction, and by the next week it is all gone, some weeks are slight but the next week it makes up for it, the body is a very complex being:rolleyes:
