    Morning everyone, welcome Techmax!

Glad to hear you're feeling much better BB, and that you had a good day out yesterday! Nice work with the maintaining too :D

New battery in my scales and switched to kilograms weighing now! That'll take a little bit of getting used to.

Average cals for the week 1912/day, net after exercise 1350/day. Exercise was nearly 11 hours of cycling, running, walking and swimming and it included a new PB for half-marathon of 2:17:14 :j Weight is STS-ish.

Should be a good week for outdoorsy stuff this week! Have a good one :D

Victory - "drowning in unhappiness" is very powerful and says it all - my heart goes out to you. To be unheard is soul destroying. To be heard without judgement is a rare thing. The first place I ever ever felt heard and unconditionally accepted was with a counsellor when I was 32. Best thing I ever did was go and see her; she helped me discover what it was that I wanted and needed and how to get there. I'm not advocating counselling one way or the other- merely sharing my experience.
I hope you are able to know what will make you happy find a way to get there.
Hope the doc can help with your health probs.

I'm staying in the shade as much as poss today. Bkfast was quorn burger and poached egg. Lunch was salad with cheese, apple & saltanas and a litle HM dressing.
Need to go to the dump at some point to day though to off load garden waste
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Hello to everyone :)

Was contemplating making a thread myself, but having seen this I wont bother (thanks to OP:))

I'm out of work due to ill health - been bankrupt and got the t-shirt, now I want to get back healthy and fit again with a view to working again (employee and not employer this time :)).... so while I look for a job where someone else holds the purse strings.... I think it's about time I lost the love handles....

    anyone fancy buddying up?

    xx

Victory, it didn't occur to me you were depressed: you had said you weren't and I had no reason to think otherwise. I certainly wasn't when I saw a counsellor - I was just unhappy and unfulfilled and had no one I could trust with how I felt inside. It appears to me that you don't have loads of people to talk too in the 'real' world... who can listen with out dumping their opinion & and emotional response. (Nor do I think you 'should' see a C - again: only you know what is going on and what is best for you.) Have a dodgy hug ...:grouphug: life doesn't sound a lot of fun for you at the mo, that's for sure.

Disbelief - welcome to the thread! I can't offer to buddy up, but do feel free to share how you hope to love the love handles - smaller portions..less rubbish.. what sort of exericise do you fancy?

Haven't got round to weighing in this week. As previously stated I was allowed out to play last week and got put on a delivery duty :j What great fun it is when the sun shines. Forgot how much fun it was to be out and about meeting people. Today should have been my day off, but boss convinced me to cover the duty for one more day. However when i got to work, it was decided that i was grounded again :( The lady who does that delivery was back and duty fit :) was happy for her, but gutted that was my fun over. Will try to get over n visit my mother n jump on her scales tomorrow, will be happy with an STS this week tbh, ended up with mcdonalds on friday, booze on a saturday and a full english on sunday morning  Good all week, then the weekends go to pot!!!!

Anyway, another day and i'll weigh in and keep my fingers crossed for a better week next week :rotfl:

hiya disbelief, welcome to the thread - we are all buddies here. what method do you fancy using?
