Just popping in to say 'hi'.
Victory - no, the hall, stairs & landing is going to have to wait until next spring now, because we need to use the steam paper stripper, and at this time of year, the condensation would be awful. Funnily enough, I was talking to BF today about doing it in the spring when he books a week off then, but I'll need help doing that, as the ceilings are high in this house.
A busy day again here. The cabinets are built, and I've given them the first coat of gloss. I've sealed round the floor edge, so it looks nice and neat. Tidying up today too. Tomorrow we have a trip to Ipswich organised, which is over 2hrs away from us; we're picking up a m/bike BF is going to renovate, and hopefully make some £ on to put towards a holiday in Cornwall for next year.
I'm going to declare a STS for this week, because I know full well I won't remember to weigh in tomorrow as we're going to be in a mad rush.
Right, gotta dash because BF has lost his van keys, and we're meant to be driving in that tomorrow. The house is in chaos due to the DIY, so god knows where they are! I do hope I don't have to forage through the dustbin!!One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Lost 2lbs this week, pleased with that since I'm still mid TOTM, but still doesn't cancel out last weeks crazy 4lb gain.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Well done Victory, Fredsnail, KPC, Dinah & Weesmiler!!! Good luck next week those who aren't weighing this week for whatever reason!
I am bloomin' delighted to be posting my best monthly loss of the year, and finally this goes some way to getting me back towards the lower half of my maintain range! 1.3kg loss (previous best monthly result this year was 0.4kg off so you can see this is enormous for me :rotfl:). I've been 'stuck' since May so I'm truly relieved, and I've been feeling so much better for it. I can really feel the difference when I'm out running etc! :j
I would like to lose another 1kg of body fat before the end of the year, to put the body fat weight back where it was at the start of the year.0 -
A desperately disappointing STS for me this week
I honestly do not know where I'm going wrong. I just can't get away from this point. No matter what I do I feel stuck at this weight.
This week I've eaten how I'm supposed to, I've exercised more actually but still nothing.
I hate plateauing
Well done to all losers and all other STSers!:beer:0
