    Noooooooooo don't do it, Victory. Sunday rows are normal, everybody has them - and Saturday ones! Hmm... and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday ones for that matter. But if there's no argument then there may be no communication. Then it costs lots of money for lawyers, the kids create merry hell about any house moves and then his new wife ... oh, sorry, got slightly carried away there... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    DON'T wreck your diet for the sake of an argument, couldn't you grate a carrot and eat that with some squashed raisins? Pulverising your food first might be therapeutic fun, especially if you know that it's not fattening stuff. :D

    Eurgh, spoiled my good week by hitting the beer last night. But it was fun. Over drank, overate and generally had a good time. Now the clean up begins.

    KPC - paintstripper as a slimming aid?!!! :rotfl:

    Bails what about measuring regularly instead of weighing, as the scales access is so unpredictable? Have you got room for a tape measure in your travel kit?

    Hope first day/night with the new lodger has gone well BB! Hopefully there won't be much of a language barrier for very long!

    Nyk, I used to see Gary Numan quite often around my village in the early 80s ;)

    I've just enrolled in a diving class (boards & platforms, not scuba)... now there's something I would never have considered when I was overweight and less fit :eek: I have no idea how I'll get on with it, I'm a complete beginner, wish me luck :rotfl:

    My latest calorie/exercise formula has been going great by the way. I'm very confident of a loss at my 4-weekly weigh in this week - AT LAST :j

    Vix :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Vic, food won't help, you know this and you'll be cursing your numbers tomorrow. Be kind to yourself and take yourself for a walk, have a long soak, pamper yourself, anything you fancy as you deserve it x

    Paintstripping is definitely a form of exercise KPC :T

    I thought about the measuring as an option Missy but not sure if I can find a tape measure that easily. Will have a look out for one, thanks! Did think I could use a piece of string and mark on it...

    I've been feeling pretty lousy physically for about 4 days now, keep hoping it'll shift soon. OH and I both need to find an exercise outlet too, we're struggling with not being able to move our bodies!

    Unless there's something they haven't told me, I don't think I'll be wearing rubber Vix! :eek:

    Paintstripping would be great exercise yes, though I thought KPC was talking (joking of course) about paintstripper - the substance - as a slimming aid :o

    Hope you feel better soon Bails and that's a bit of a 'mare about the exercise. What do the local peeps do?

    Missy I'm sure you will love it. My daughter taught herself to swim, so I used the cash I had saved for her swimming lessons for diving lessons. She absolutely loved it! Hasn't done it for a few years now, but any time we go to a swimming pool with high/spring boards, she can't resist showing off :rotfl:

    Hm, walking round the stupa, prostrating themselves on wooden boards, which looks VERY hard work...
