rosie I hope your insured even though they are just things as you say it is horrendous being invaded like that and I hope you and your family manage to cope.

Right off to work, 2 streets away so no commute:D

I put vinegar on mine or straight in the bin before I get a chance to eat it;)

I'm quite a fast eater and hate leaving the table whilst people are still eating so the bin (or should I say food waste thing!) is out :rotfl: vinegar is a good idea though!

Well I've got some good news for a change \o/ No op needed on the old knee yet. Seems I have been overcompensating for my dodgy knee for years, therefore made my left leg very strong and my right one very weak. So off to physio for some times now, still better news than needing an op \o/

On the work side, I'm allowed to do deliveries as long as it's not a lot of flats. Not until i've been for my physio anyhoo :D

naw KPC. I would be if I was on delivery, but in jeans being stuck indoors atm. Too cold indoors for shorts :D Lol That sounds soooooooo weird :D Although I do admit I look like a flasher with my shorts and my storm proof coat on :D

Can't wait to get out and do a couple of miles tbh. Pretty sure that's why my weight has been sticking for a while now. Not getting the exercise I need, even though I haven't been going overboard with the food. Onwards and upwards!

Gratz on SOTW btw ;) well done hon

    Hi

Can I join please? :j Having recently had my 42nd birthday (and feeling twice my age) I need to do something.

I have a huge amount of weight to lose, tried it all but more recently Cambridge Diet which was great but I can’t afford to carry on with it for months and months on end. Slimming World, didn’t get on with that as I wasn’t organised enough to plan ahead. So now I’m thinking of Weight Watchers and joining the gym, not sure how I’ll get on, I love food but hate cooking! I hate exercise with a passion and at my size it’s not easy :o

I really could do without spending the £40 a month on WW and gym but I need something  I plan on emptying my freezer of most of the processed stuff in there in readiness for my first WW meeting on Monday. I really dislike shopping of any kind so tend to do a big shop and bulk buy frozen veggies etc, although I’m quite a fussy eater too, don’t go much on fruit or veg but do enjoy a salad but sadly that can’t be bought in bulk for the freezer. DD (16) is also a very fussy eater and only ‘likes’ junk, things are going to change so she has a shock coming :rotfl:

So I find myself here, looking for support and a boot up the bum when needed.

Any WW recipes would be great, along with any other tips.
