  • Hurray! a sts for please granny:D

Wow, dinah - that sounds a bit ghastly - I'd def say that will be affecting your weight, so don't panic. How draining for you.
margaretclare - I'm sure you are right and your body is a bit all over the place. you just need to concentrate on getting well. Ditto Sary.

Margaretclare - the main thing is you're getting better, a couple of extra lbs during your recovery could well be a good thing (I know it doesn't seem like it!) Hope you're fully recovered very soon.

Dinah as others have said that's horrible for you  Yeah 3,500ish calories per lb, and I know I also get gains when there's no way I've overeaten by 1,000 let alone more  It's like we try to fight the fat but the body decides to fight back sometimes!!! Fingers crossed next week will prove it's not a real gain - or at least not all of it :)

Well done everyone who's pleased with themselves this week! Keep the faith those who are struggling a bit! We'll all get there in the end!

Naw it's bla bla bla for me cos it's so bl00dy long since i lost weight. And with all the stress in past couple of months. I've actually gained 4lbs all in all, not sure what weeks they went on, cos i'm always lighter on my weigh in day, (monday) than i am on a tuesday, straaaaaaange. But hey ho, it's not a huge gain, but will get back onto it (again)

    Hi again,
Mazza - I know what you mean about being lighter some days than others. I find that on days when I exercise plenty and eat sensibly, I stay the same and when I treat myself, I lose weight!! It's madness really!

Does anyone else struggle not to weigh themselves every day? I'm a bit obsessed I think! It's amazing how much my weight can change from morning to evening!!

Dinah, I really hope you're back to normal soon, sounds like a nightmare! Poor you!

Much love to all, weesmiler xx

3 periods in 4 weeks! Yuck. My mum used to be like that untill she had it whipped out.

Dinah - nice date, that is my boyfriends birthday so i can personally reccomend that date.
