Oh goody, recruits for my Himalayan Wonder Weight Loss already! Will have to think of a [STRIKE]suitably ridiculous[/STRIKE] decent brand name, all suggestions on a postcard...
Well done to everyone this week, for being here and keeping going! A special well done to Beanie for her STS - listen to Granny O' Wise One
I love the Foos, saw them at Pink Pop in Holland last year along with Rage Against the Machine - awesome! :j
ps ooh, well done Nyk! I'm opting for the pineapple upside down cake diet this week - now, if I could just find some out here...The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hello...well since last Wednesday, I've lost 2lbs. Pretty happy with this, but my weight just fluctuates so much! I'll continue to try hard this week...no chocolate!!!
Dinah, when is your wedding planned for? I'm not getting married til Sept 2011 but going dress shopping in November, the plan is to be healthy and fit at 8st 4lbs before the wedding and maintain it there! Well done on losing a stone so far, that's amazing! I've only really got a stone to lose, well, 12lbs now, they always say the last few pounds are the hardest, but I've got a while til the wedding anyway, a dress can always be altered!!
Congrats to everyone else who has lost weight this week, every little helps...guess what supermarket I work for???

1lb loss for me this week which I am more than happy with!
I've now lost 30lb since last April and kept it off which I never thought I'd do!
Slow and steady is better!
COngrats to all losers and STSers this week! :j0 -
Up 1.2 kg from last Wednesday. Was 77 kg then, now 78.2 kg.
The only explanation I can think of is that this is my third week since the swine flu struck and I'm still getting over it, on antibiotics for the chest infection. Have not been exercising because of difficulty in breathing. Maybe haven't been drinking enough. Certainly have not been over-eating!

Great losses coming in folks! Keep up the good work! I predicted a good week
Beanie I agree with the others, no way is a STS "two steps back". You've been posting up some GREAT losses lately so I'm sure your trend from the last month or two is looking good! Two steps back would be if you'd put on double what you'd lost recently!!!
Bananasplit that is really fantastic, but I'm amazed you had 30lb to lose considering how sporty you are! Just the last few lb to go now, right?0 -
Missy I'll see if I can find some before pictures. God I looked horrific! But I wasn't into running and boxing before I started losing weight. I just played netball! Now I can't imagine not getting yelled at on a Tuesday at the boxiing Gym!
I think I've at least another stone to go! I seem to store all my fat my stomach and hips, which is not nice. I have a really weird shape as someone pointed out to me at the weekend. If jeans fit me on the hips then they hang off my backside. If they fit my backside they hang off my hips!0 -

We're provisionally booked for 3rd September 2010, going back to see the venue again this weekend or start of next week with my parents to check we still like it, if we do, putting down the deposit. Going to 8 stone 7lbs would put my bmi right on the bottom of normal, but I was that weight for a long time and I had a lot of energy and looked healthy, so hoping for that again.
Not happy today. According to my scales (who I'm not talking to, I don't think they realise this) I've put on 4lbs since last week! Yet only on one day did I go over my net calories (dinner at a friends, its mean to turn down homemade chocolate mousse!) , and on most days I was seriously sub 1500 cals.
However, my TOTM saga continues, with period 3 starting today, thats 3 in 4 weeks. I have had all of 6 days period free in total since September 17th! So I have no idea if I have genuinely gained 4lbs since last week, but I really hope not.
I'm going to mess up the chart with my stupid impossible 4lb gain. How many calories would I even have had to overeat by to do that?! Something like 14,000 isnt it?!?!?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi all. 1.5lb gain for me please . Hopefully wk 2 will be better.
sarymclary. Thanks for the stereophonics link - it worked fine. It doesn't look like they're playing anywhere in Scotland. OH doesn't like them that much so I don't think i can talk him into a little jaunt to Newcastle. D'oh. Nice gig list. I've seen System of a Down and they were really good. Maybe Serj is just not good on his own. I saw Muse at T in the Park - they were excellent and I can see why you've seen Foos 3 times - they are amazing live!! Hope you're feeling better today.
nykmedia Pity I was gonna ask you for your recipe. Then again as I'm trying to lose weight that might not be a good idea:D
bails Rage Against The Machine - again I'm jealous
Congratualtions to all losers and STS this week :T:T0
