Hello gang, I've just got back from my hols so haven't been about for a little while... Had a fab time, and then came back to my best friend's wedding this weekend which was also brilliant! :j
I feel like I've eaten and drunk enough to last me a life time over the last 10 days or so, so I desperately need to get back on the wagon now. I felt too blobby in my bikini on the beach and also wasn't as slim as I'd hoped for my wedding outfit... But hey ho... I've got a weigh in tomorrow so will see what kind of drastic action is required then, and I've also got no real plans for anything over the next couple of weeks so can try to focus more.
Hope the coming week is filled with good stuff for you all0 -
I did do the vicky binns workout last monday, but working full time this week is going to be hard to fit another sesh in. Im trying to do one bit of exercise a week, on the improvement of 0 hours. How to find time going to work all the time to exercise? bit poo really0

glad you had a fab break nm! Vix, I'm trying to commit to 1 bit of exercise a week too - ~I've got all the timetables for the local council gyms and have ringed a few classes that I fancy on different nights.
stayed good today! yay!0 -
Hi all i want to join in i was 9 and a half stone last year, i was happy with this weight but due to stress and stuffing myself i have put on a stone and i want to loose it, not on any aprticular diet but tips would be great.
Thanks in advance.
I use Food Focus to help me track my calories and exercise, its free and shows you how you're doing and I find all the little graphs and charts really motivational.Well Vix, let me help counteract your bad feeling by letting my friends on here know that OH proposed to me at 5550m watching the sunrise over EverestYup, think that should do it
Huge congrats! My OH proposed up a nearby hill, and he later joked he couldn't afford alcohol, so he'd had to go the natural route to getting me light headed through oxygen deprivation to ensure I said yes!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Congrats Bails - way to go on the BF front, how could anyone resist??? :j
Got the rest of you beat on the dodgy proposal front, my OH did it in a pub car park! AND he was drunk! BUT he did remember the next morning and asked me again properly..... :rotfl:
Did an aqua-aerobics class yesterday which was great fun and a good workout. It helped that the instuctor was a tall, blond, hunky 19 year old bloke, all of the ladies present hanging on to his every word!!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Proud to be an OU graduate :j :j

I had my interview for the pharmacy today, went very well, it was a bit hickledy pickeldy interview, having spent 2 hours rehearsing company strengths and my answers etc, killer questions, it was more the interviewer telling me I would have to commit to phase 1/2/3 before handling medicines, have a hepatitis injection, that maybe the hours would go up but at the moment they remain limited, that health and safety rules allows us to do this but not this and that but not this etc etc, once all that was over there was no real questions addressed to me.
I am proud of me:D one fear down 100 to go:rotfl::rotfl: will know later in the week:D
I have analysed the interview myself and there are only 2 things that I can think of that I did wrong one was right at the beginning when he came into the room ,he put his hand out to shake I stood up and he said 'hello there mrs.. it is lovely to meet you' and I replied thanks ha ha and the other at the end when he asked 'do you know the girls' I went on to say that yes I did, had lots of chats with them when I came in for my prescriptions, that one of them lived in the next street from me, etc etc (as I have been 'chatting then up' for the last week so they remember me) and he said 'do you know her name' I said no (couldn't bluff that one and could not for the life of me remember what she was called so said no) not bad for the 1st interview in a year, OH doesn't think those 2 things will go against me.0 -
Victory I can't see those things going against you at all. Fingers crossed for you.
Back on the diet wagon (no really). Been really lax last week with quite a bit of alcohol and no exercise. Am eating sensibly today but don't think I'll go for a run as I have a head cold and just feel really sleepy and sneezy, although can't decide if a run will be a kill or cure. No weigh in for me this week as haven't been home this weekend.0
