Pretty good all in all. Work is tough going sometimes, but overall I enjoy it. I spend most weekends out geocaching with the dog - mostly on lengthy hiking routes. The dog's agility is quite amazing these days, she can leap stiles from a standing start - not bad for a lab :D The horse riding is coming on a treat, I had a fab hack last night with some very satisfying cantering.

    How are you doing?

    FFM :)

  • Here's the chart! Looks good this week as more people have recorded a weight than last week ... and there have been some good losses. Well done to all who posted - whatever the outcome!

Well done Hezza with a lovely 5lb loss this week - SOTW and has met the month's goal too. Dinah has met the 5lb target too. Gold stars to both. gold-star.pnggold-star.png
  • Well done everyone!!

No weigh in from me till Sunday. Went bellydancing and it was fun and the hour flew. Hopefully my coordination will improve with more lessons as I find it hard to remember all the moves and to move forwards and backwards at the same time! Bit odd at the end as this bloke came in stripped to his vest and a pair of white ballet type leggings, tied a scarf round his waist and joined in! The teacher and the one regular class member acted as if it was normal and just got on with it.. which the rest of us did too and all he did was follow the steps but still!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: No, I'd have to have a fur coat and a little dog to carry around for that. Oh, and a few diamonds, millions in the bank ......

Sorry the chart was a bit late tonight. Went to see Marcus Brigstocke at a local theatre. Really funny. (Probably best known to Radio 4 listeners so that show you what an old fogey I am. )

    Hello Poohbear! :j:j

See you all on Tuesday when I'm back. Several stone heavier probably.

FFM - I should have put a minus in front of the 0.2 lbs for you - I'll change it on the chart now, sorry .
  • Hang on Granny you're not implying that listening to Radio 4 means you're an old fogey are you?

I think of it as one of my eccentricities!
  • So, now I'm an eccentric old fogey. :rotfl::rotfl:

Oooooops guess who forgot to weigh in :o Will catch up next week with it all, been so busy with running back n forward to hospital, trying to make sure she's got enough clean jammies etc etc etc. At least I've been on late shift the past 2 days, that's helped a bit :T

Latest update: As you know scans and xrays were inconclusive, so they were going to give her a ct scan. They kept putting it off. Now they have found some blood in her urine, so are finally going to do the CT Scan. Options they are looking at now is kidney stones (which we have suspected for a wee while) or a disc compression of the spine, dunno where they come up with that one as she wouldn't have blood in her urine with that  They have got her on some stronger meds for the pain now tho, which is helping lots :o

Off for an 8 mile walk now to burn off my 2 slices of toast with Lurpak. I can't resist that atm.

Well done to all the losers and stsers. I will get back to losing weight one of these days.
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
