    morning all. Welcome back Victory:D.

Made it to my pilates class this Saturday, having missing the previous 2. Felt if I didn't make it this time I'd have to give up. Impressed myself by staggering there for a 9a.m. start after 2 days of migraines.

Eating roughly under control, though planning isn't too good at the moment but not puting weight on at least.

How did the ride go FFM?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Ooh, I'm intrigued, did you see FFM BB? Was it the first (and fleeting) LW meet? :D How did it go FFM?

Welcome home Vic, hope you had a lovely time. Hope the hangovers have receded too peeps!

I spent the weekend at a 24-hour mountain bike race, not participating (not this year...;))and had an amazing time! It was very strange actually, the whole atmosphere of the place was so adrenalin-filled for the entire weekend that I really felt as if I was racing and ate as if I was too...and lost weight  Hmm, interesting.... maybe hanging out at extreme events is the answer :rotfl: Now that I can happily do! :D We'll see what the scales say by Wednesday though.

Used every bit of willpower I have not to do a run AND a spin today; seriously, it was so hard! Tomorrow I'm going to reward myself with a swim :D

Good luck to everyone this week.

:cry::cry: I've had such an awful day, I've cried so much that I can't cry any more!:cry::cry:

 I don't even know what to say now!
I feel like everytime something good happens 3 bad things happen to detract from it. And today I mean that literally!

You know when your feeling so down that the tiniest little things sets you off? Well I went to hoover & found that the mice have been living in my (small bag-less) hoover!! They've made a nest out of christmas paper! I felt like my whole world had ended!

Hi Bails, no I didn't meet up with BB - but I did smile at lots of ladies dressed in purple :D

I had a good ride except for the cycle congestion, the first 10 miles out of London took 2 hours  At which point I thought we would end up walking to Brighton - there were just too many cyclists no one could actually cycle. It did improve though and became quite good fun. I lost the whole of my team and ended up cycling and chatting with total strangers - but it is that sort of event.

I kicked myself for not arranging something more definite with BB, after arriving at 2.45, I had a 4 hour wait for the rest of the team to finish and regroup  and there I was worrying that I would put the team out if I said I had to meet someone for a little while.

Anyway, no aches and pains, just a little sunburn on my face. I shall be booking early next year to get an early start before the main congestion. DS is up for it next year too.

    FFM :)
