Glad it was ok for you FFM, shame about not meeting up with BB especially as you had spare time. No aches and pains, all that gym work has been worth it, congrats :)

I only did 2 workouts last week TOTM, but somehow i lost 2lb, very strange, i'm now the lowest i've weighed in my adult life i think.

Scottish lass, sometimes we just need to cry, hope you are feeling better soon. What have you done with the mice? they sound so adorable wrapped in christmas paper :)

FFM - I am now kicking myself I didn't give you my phone number as I live soooo close to the finish line. Lesson learned.
My friends did it, with an 8.30 start and they said the first 10 miles were horrendous too & took them 3 hrs. After croyden it improved. They live even nearer the finish line.
SL - poor you; is there anyone who can help you sort out the mouse problem for good. It must be hard to sort when they have such a wretched affect on you. Is there any other reason you are feeling so down?

Said it already over on the 'other side' ;) but congratulations FFM, glad you had a good time! A four hour wait for your team at the end? Blimey girl you must have been going some!!! Unless they stopped for a pub lunch or something :rotfl:

nmm - I often lose weight when I stop or reduce exercising, and it's fat loss, not muscle loss... everything seems back to front with me sometimes! Guess I'm not the only one after reading Bails' comments about her eating too!

BB sorry to hear about the migraines :( Hope everything else is OK. Been on that maiden voyage yet? :)

    Coo-er well done FFM.

Vix - how's the hangover? Do you go off to your hols tomorrow?

BB - hope the migraine is totally gone now.

Have eaten quite a lot of chocolate today - about the equivalent of 2 bags of buttons. Really stupid :o:o as tomorrow is weigh in day --- may have to pretend it's not. My excuse is that I had a little recurrence of the labyrinthy thing during the day and needed cheering up. How rubbish is that? Now feel a bit giddy :money: (just like this)AND a bit sick from unacustomed chocolate. Stupid or what?

thanks peeps. Still being troubled by headaches but now at least under control with (yet more, sigh) medication. Last week they weren't. Seems to have been triggered by rather mixed up TOTM system at the mo (though main underlying cause is the regular medication I am on)

Granny - sorry to hear the labyywotsit made a reappearance. Hope it is brief. It's kind of good that the unaccustomed choc has made you feel a bit icky though: unlikely to satrt a compulsionfor it hopefully. And seriously, 2 bags of buttons seeming a lot actually shows how you have got used to not having it.

Missy - no maiden voyage yet which is totally ridiculous but can be explained! Combo of initially rather unwell, followed by busiest f'amily commitment' full week of the year followed by badly timed migraine meaning not getting to one of few day local freeby workshop open to check over bike (I'm not happy to ride it til I've had it checked over) and finally went this Saturday (open fri & sat) only to find them locked up and located other side of town due to it being bike week! Bit frustrated at that point!! So, I will attempt it again this friday after work so we can go out this weekend at some point.
