Had a really bad day eating wise yesterday. Still withing my BMR cal intake so I guess that's good. As long as I don't go over that I'm fine.
I'm just disappointed at myself. After a good week food wise I stuff it up like that!
I'll just have to be extra good today.
Been for a run already. Ran off my breakfast :rotfl: just need to go eat some more now....0 -
Bananasplit if I'm understanding correctly, you've had a good week and stayed within your calorie allowance, but had one day where the food wasn't as healthy as usual? That doesn't sound bad at all to me...
It sounds similar to most of my weeks actually
All on track here, just aiming for a STS or a very small loss this month0 -

Happy to report a 1.8lb loss, on 12070 calories, 1275 net cals per day, exercised 6 out of 7 days. This included 36 miles on the bike, 18.7 miles walking/hiking and a horseriding lesson. Now only 2.2lb above my maintaining weight - although I may still revise this 'cos I may have set it a little low. I set it when I did not exercise (at all
) and did not have any muscle tone.
London to Brighton bike ride tomorrow :j really looking forward to it :j
Bananasplit - do not fret over the odd day 'off piste', it is the overall sensible eating and exercise plan that you need to focus on.

Hey all! Well. Thats me back living in my flat now. Not too happy about it, but I couldn't sleep on my friends couch forever! lol I didn't get a weigh in this week due to not being at home & after a week of not behaving due to stress etc I'm not really looking forward to stepping on the scales!! lol Its our local show day today (cows, sheep, horses, tossing the caber, hammer throw, pipe bands, beer tent etc) & there's a barn dance later, so I may go along to that too try & dance off some of my naughtiness of this week!! Congrats to all the STSers & losers & hope everyone who's been ill are feeling better. x.•

Thanks Missy and FFM.
Yeah one bad day is fine. I had a sensible day today. Up until the few Oreos I ate. But I did spend 4 hours shopping so it's all good.
Congrats on the weight loss FFM. :beer:0 -
FFM - have a great ride tomorrow: if you spot a deranged looking woman, wearing purple & waving at you frantically when you pass the Royal Pavillion just before you turn left at the pier, it's not me coz I haven't a clue what you look like
.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
BB, make a huge sign saying "FFM its me BB !!!!!" lol then she'll spot ya
Hope the weather is good for the bike run.
