Brings a whole new meaning to 'saddle sore'
Yes, I am really looking forward to Sunday it is going to be great. :j
There's a team of 30 of us doing it from work, travel arrangements have been horrendous, but we're just about sorted now. Next year I think I will just organise it for me and DS.

Congrats to all sts and losers this week.
I shall join in next week when I have a number to tell you all of.
Have just come off the bike for an hour. Added it all in and I'm about 700cal short of my net goal! Oops. (to be fair though the bike session was about 800 cal. I got a bit carried away)
I suppose I'll have some toast and cream cheese for supper then. That might take me near it :rotfl:0 -
Oh I'd forgotten it was table day today. Thanks for the SOTW.0

euhm raph can u add my last week's late weigh in 2lbs loss plz, i feel lonely not being on the list :rotfl:
Am really hoping for some results by monday this week, have worked extra hard. So if this doesn't work to kick start it, I'm gonna start slicing the fat off!4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Thanks for the mention on the chart....makes me feel good to see my name in big red letters...I know I've done something good then, unlike when you were in school and you saw the teacher uncap her red pen when she was marking your homework _pale_ oooh the shame!
Anyhoo....I've been really good and focused this week on eating healthily, this is the longest I have ever gone without chocolate and although I could eat some I don't have any craving for it.....omg that's a first!! My next weigh in is tomorrow, so I'll let you know how I get on. Well done to everyone else, great results all round :j
ffd xx
Oh no!!! I've just remembered a major slip up on Monday I went shopping with my parents.
I only had a pear before I left the house as the first thing they do when we arrive is go for a breakfast in Asdas tearoom, I was intending to have scrambled egg on toast but Asda is being done up and the tearoom was shut, so............we went to MacDonalds eeeeeeeek!!
There were no other eating places nearby so I had to go along with it. I took a kids cheeseburger Happy Meal, which now is making me feel unhappy.
Gosh I hope I haven't ruined the whole week of being good for the sake of a soggy burger. I know they do salads but it was 10.30 am and I couldn't face one and I knew if I didn't eat I'd buy the whole of Asdas grocery section myself. I bought a fruit salad to eat in the car going home for my lunch.
Well it's weigh in this evening so I guess I'll soon find out.......wish me luck!
so please press my :T thanks :Tbutton x

feefee it was a happy meal not a mctriple whopper burger with supersize fries - you should be proud of the choices you made. and you got a toy, so overall thats a win i think.

Haha you are right kpc....the toy went down well with my little ole dog....she's carrying it everywhere with her (it's a bee), she used to get those toys regularly when my kids were younger but even they now look for the supersized portions!
Enjoy your show x
