Thanks Missy! and wow to you being a size 8, very jealous - im about 5'8 or 5'9 and would prob look like a lollipop! Plus my hips r always a size 14 whatever weight i am

im not expecting a weight loss this week as we dont have very healthy food in cupboard at mo and the week started on weds according to tesco diets!! have a good weekend guys, one of my hubbys good friends is leaving the church we used to go to so expecting a lot of tears on sunday

hiya studentwife! welcometo the thread, you sound very determined. I enjoyed the theatre granny, it's isn't the same as the book, but I loved the puppets. The second show i think tried to cram in too much stuff. The angels were too camp, the audience laughed at them, which Ithought was a shame as in the books their relationship is so lovely. And I did cry, seemed to be the only one too! day off work today, so scrambling round here there and everywhere. have a good day peeps! glad to hear you are feeling better beanie, and kenny, got some hot saltwater mouthwash going on, my dentist swears by it.

grrrrrrrrrrr had 2 tuna mayo rolls for lunch.......... not disaterous, but since i cant go to the gym tonight cause of mouth......... im tad annoyed at myself lol

thanks for the saltwater katie, but ive got a mouth wash though that does the same thing and doesnt taste as bad as salt water (only just lol)

Mega bad day here, started with a headache and chocolate craving that wouldn't go away until i had a mars bar

so had a mars and bag of crisps for lunch, had a ready meal for dinner, one of those low fat, taste bland kinda things :rotfl:. Feel kinda stuffed atm, but will snack on fruit or cereal the rest of the day.
