  • BB, I shall look out for you :D You won't miss me, I'm the one on the purple bike (yes, it really is purple), blue hat and glasses. Depending on the weather or how hot I am, I'll either have on a bright yellow long sleeve cycling jersey or a white t-shirt with 3 tyre treads on it.

nmm, I've heard the weather will be hot and sunny, fingers crossed :D

    welll done losers!

Another biggest loser addict here - watch the uk and australian version - losing weight is so much better when it is sunny!

Kevin looks great - but surely he can't have lost that much in 8 weeks??? that is more than a stone a week!

It was done over 4 and a half months plzhelpmesave, so you talking about 16ish weeks. The first 8 weeks he lost 5st 1lb while he was in the house, he lost another 4st 5 lb while he was away from the house which is mighty impressive :T:T

FFM, hope you have a good day today and the weather holds out for you

    Hi everyone,

I hope the bike ride went well ffm - did you see BB, or did BB see you?

I've not been on the PC as much these past few days, getting on with housey stuff, and with family & friends. I have a friend who has just discovered a lump in her breast, and I'm going with her to her first hospital appt. this week - fingers crossed it's only a fibrous lump, but a mutual friend of our's has had BC, and is only a couple of years out of her chemo/radio, so it's something we've been close to, so aware that it can happen.

I'm finally getting my hair cut next week too, but my appt. clashes with the exercise class on Tuesday, so I'll have to miss that this week. I'm sure I'll fit some extra biking into the week.

Today I've been sorting out stuff from my house move weeks ago, watched the F1, and organising selling my car. Now I'm living f/t with my BF we don't need the 2nd car, so my lovely little Clio is going to be advertised on ebay. I would have loved to keep it, and get rid of the big 7 seater, but while we still have 4 boys at home, we have to be sensible, and there is more £ in the small car, so it makes sense to sell that. My motorbike was sold last night, and the guy collected it within 2 hours of the auction ending! Now we're reliant upon 1 salary I need to get shot of some of my older debt, that's just hanging about. I'd rather sell what I have now, be debt free, and then save up in the future for something I want again.

Food has been hit & miss. Not properly meal planning is definitely having an adverse affect. I even forgot to eat breakfast today, as I got sidetracked by jobs to do, and only realised how hungry I felt at 11.30am - that is so not like me, as I always force myself to eat breakfast, even if I don't fancy it.

I've not seen the biggest loser programme, but the pics are impressive. I find it hard to imagine anyone losing that much weight in 4 months and managing to keep it off full time, and what must he look like naked, if he's lost the weight so quickly? *shudders*

I actually feel like i'm looking at someone else when i see pictures of me now, can't imaging how good he must be feeling about himself now, will be like a total stranger looking back at you in the mirror.

Messed up today and had a big fry up for dinner. Went to tesco with my sis and she mentioned doing a fry up for my mother, just had to buy some stuff n have one. Weigh in tomorrow, not looking forward to it at all

No weigh in for me and I'll join Vix with the hangover (aggravated by my body deciding that sleep was not necessary last night! Listened to some strange stuff on the radio between 2am and 4am). Quite pleased by not having the weigh in as my week started well and then the rubgy watching in the pub happened and that's all I have to say on that!

blimey i'm knackered - from the weekend and reading missy's exercise for last week. All went swimmingly - client really liked us, but it was blimmin hard work. I think my archery talk went okay, and the butter churn was mended and now works again, so i impressed lots of people making butter! what was the best bit of the sixties party vix?
