Hi Gary,
That's to be expected. Because your sync speed has gone up, you will see an improvement in the IP Profile, but that will probably take 2-3 days to happen. Onmce that's happened, you should see a nice jump in speeds.“Official Company Representative

Have sent a PM to James asking him to check my problem out but just wondered if any of you guys had any advice.
I connected to the internet on Wednesday evening (8.30ish) and 5 minutes later I lost the connection. Usually if this happens I reboot my laptop and everything is okay again. I decided I would leave it till Thirsday night. I couldn't connect at all last night or this morning. I even tried a spare wired router and still no joy.
I did try to use the broadband fault checker this morning (I'm in work today) but strangely MAAF still have my old phone number and address in my account details. I moved house on 3rd June
Many thanks0 -

Thanks for that. Problem is I can't download the updates as I can't access the net from home!0 -
As a temporary fix, lower za setting to "medium". Get updates then reset za.
Or download from another computer on to a memory stick and transfer to your computer.0 -

I've contacted support and raised a ticket asking what exactly is the contract that I'm locked into for 12 months and do I have a cooling off period.
Sent both last Friday, week later, no response.0
