    Hi there,

Once we receive notification of your outbound migration, your account should automatically be downgraded to a PAYG account, which will allow email access to continue.
    Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Plusnet. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Think "thin client" - migrate your email and contacts to something like google mail?

So how can you use it on o2 if its PAYG?

The only way you can use it in conjunction with o2 is via your £19.99/year scheme isn't it?

PAYG is just the product name. It's just a free dialup account with 0845 dialup and webmail.

So if you don't have to pay anything to use it, and can use it free via webmail, what is the point behind the maaf £19.99/year email only account?
