I never said I sent you any in the past couple of weeks !0

I was referring to a previous experience with yourself - when I needed an urgent response I didn't get one therefore I went elsewhere.0

That's fair enough, in which case I apologise.“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Plusnet. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. I will take the time to thank James_PN for personally ringing me, on my mobile, to discuss my current issue - a PM does work it seems.
Hopefully he can now kick some £$%& and get it resolved.

apology accepted
it seems that the real issue here is that Samara was here on a daily basis but you're not. I appreciate that it might not be possible for you to be on as often as Samara was but if you kept people informed i.e. 'I'll pick up PM's on a Tuesday and a Thursday and respond to them within 24 hours' then it might put people's minds at rest.
Anyway, it's just a suggestion.0 -
Got it working:j
As mentioned previously, change the router password to that of your email password, and I had to restart the PC before it worked.
Good luck everyone.
Sorry to say that I'll be looking for a new ISP...very shortly....the north will rise again...0 -
To be honest, I do almost always reply to my PMs on a daily basis, but I've had a lot of annual leave recently“Official Company Representative

Now up and running again, solved by putting the "normal" password into the router settings. Thanks to James for the help and others for giving their problems so that I didn't feel alone :-)
I've just done a speed test and it's come back as one of my best ever! Maybe it's because there are lots of MAAF customers who still can't get online...0 -
Ive been offered £13.99 per month to stay with MAAF on their 20GB package.Do you think that is a good deal?.I was thinking about Sky -40GB for £5 per month..Neil0

You've got to laugh(or scream maybe) at the wisdom of Madasafish telling us,on their website, that if you can't get connected then use the same password as the one you use for your account, and if that fails, then change it on their website.
Hang on a minute. If i can't get connected, which is what happened over the weekend and i was forced to ring their support line, then how the **** can i use their website??? :mad:0
