Guys,
I'm sorry that I haven't posted in here for a considerable amount of time. As I've mentioned before, I will always reply to PMs.
I have a considerable workload - I'm responsible for a number of forums, but prioritise on our own and those on ThinkBroadband. I also supervise our Sales Team here as well as having a number of daily tasks and replying to upwards of 20 PMs per day.
I will pop in when I can, but my day job is a little more extensive than I think a number of you realise.
Feel free to drop me a PM and if I'm at work, I will reply.“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Plusnet. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
When Samara announced her imminent departure we were assured MAAF were keen to carry on her good work.
So what happened to the rest of the "bunch" we were told would take over here?
They don't seem to have contributed much, bearing in mind all those of us who joined up using the MSE cheaper offer much advertised here at the time!Originally Posted by James_PN
Hi there,
If you do have some outstanding issues, I'd be more than happy to help! There'll be a bunch of us from the PlusNet Comms Team who will be here in Samara's abscence to pick up any queries that any of you guys may have.
All the best,
James Bailey

the whole point of the forum is to share information and advice and sending PM's hides the true amount of problems MAAF customers are having - what's the point in sending a PM to James if it doesn't get answered for days anyway0

Don't know what's going with these lot, gone right down hill! as a valued customer for over 15 months i got the good deal of £9.99 with James, great, then it all started i had loads of DD'd for £9.99 coming out and then back in again over the last month or so, loads of failed DD emails and then an email today about my £27.98 being DD'd!!!!!
Phoned accounts and they said i was still on the £17.99 package, called CS and i am on the £9.99 package.
Seems no ones know's what's going on???
Anyone else had this??0 -
yep they've taken unauthorised card payments from me (even though I have cancelled my account) and I'm now waiting for a cheque for reimbursement
the worst customer care I have ever experienced (with the CSA being a close second place)0 -
To be fair apart from the latest cockups, CS today were very good and quick to answer and i have been assured i am on the £9.99 package..... we will see, i'll have to check my statements carefully for the last month or so to see what's been taken!
But still, what the hell has changed there!0 -
All this started when Samara moved on - she seemed to know a good time to move on!0

Then update the public one with progress each day:rolleyes:0 -
No point in me sending a PM to James - I've been dealing with Shanelle in Customer Services direct. Queries sent to James may have taken a few days to get a response so I gave up.....
I too have been assured that "it won't happen again" but it always happened again - I've lost all faith in MAAF0 -
Has anyone been having MEGA problems getting a connection since friday? Rang customer support and was told they are having a few problems but it was being sorted out.Rang again today, got a a message that it is now fixed but if you are having problems connecting ,to reenter your password,or contact technical support.
Got my friend round who built the computer and installed the broadband and router etc.He tried everything then patiently waited ,bless him,for 30 minutes for someone to answer.Eventually a new password had to be set their end and reentered on here and eventually got sorted out.But it looks like they have had a LOT of problems.Anyone else had this hassle? Never like this before, very frustrating.0
