Hi there,
It's basically the way that the product change has been done. We can offer the new pricing to existing customers (especially if they send me a PM!).
The new pricing would mean that you would need to agree to a new 12 month contract, but you would receive the pricing that you've quoted above.
Let me know and I'll be more than happy to sort it out for you.
That's fair enough James. I was going to carry on for another year anyway as the service has never let me down. It just made me wonder why should I be paying more than new customers for the same service.
Thanks anyway. I'll PM you0 -
f.a.o James _pn.i have sent you a private message.
Cheers............Neil0 -

Does anyone know if the change of ownership means we can leave the isp before our MAAF contract expires, without penalty?
I need a usage upgrade and have been offered a far less competitive deal by the new company.0 -
Hi Samara,
You said to contact you today regarding ending my contract and getting my MAC code.I dont know if you are still working or if James has now taken over your work load, please advise.0 -
Does anyone know if the change of ownership means we can leave the isp before our MAAF contract expires, without penalty?
The change of ownership isn't a reason for us getting out of the contract. Like lots of the conditions in their contract the one covering this is somewhat one-sided!
They are allowed to pass on the contract to a new owner, but the customer is not!We may assign, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights or obligations under this Agreement without giving you any notice beforehand. You may not assign, sub-contract, sell or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement.0 -
If I'm moving home how long will I be without broadband whilst the transfer takes place?0
