  • yeah Juliffe, no harm in showing your feeling. And perhaps it hadn't occured to dd1 that you would choose her company - just becasue teenagers tend not to realise that.
Also, they will be feeling abit sorry for dad, as well as a little uncertain of the future, so maybe she is thinking around how to see each of you equally - I doubt it will last and dad's will not be that much fun in time I am sure!
However, big well done of bringing dd1 one up short on mind game playing. Quite right.

It must be painful, but i think in time when the dust has settled things will be ok. We'll be thinking of you tomorrow. You have come so far and done so well.

aww hope it all goes smoothly tomorrow!!!

I also don't think letting DD1 see you were hurt re: weekends is bad, has she not figured out that weekends are when fun stuff (like shopping!) happens? maybe if you pointed out you'd never get to take them shopping it might make them reevaluate.... Though I think that they will do after a while anyway. Do you not have decree nisi yet? I had to fill in a statement of arrangements for children before could get it (and redo as judge rejected it since child I was pregnant with had been born between writing it & everything being put together and sent to court), so would assume that even though they're older judge would still want something written about agreements made.

{{hugs}} not long at all now!!!

I've been following a while too, like others. I really hope all goes well today and over the weekend for you Juliiff - you deserve it after all these months of waiting and dealing.
