Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but 3/4 of the family has been struck down with a viral infection from heck. I must remember to buy shares in Kleenex before the New Year.

Congratulations on getting the keys Mooloo. Just remember not to overdo it please. I'm sure that you will have a wonderful Christmas in your lovely new, warm house.

    Hello everyone.

Thanks Molly for updating for me.

I have borrowed my Dads dongle. So I am up and running again. Felt as if something massive was missing not being able to get on line, talk to people, do my emails, banking and of course keep intouch on here.
Dad will need the dongle back on Monday when they go away/
I tried to update this morning but nothing was happening.
The house is small, but clean and neat. As Molly said It has been completely redone. The bathroom and kitchen are modern. The other rooms are all magnolia. The doors internally are new, and will need painting or varnishing. But then its all about the garden! Eeek, there are 20 odd fence panels down the one side, and half way down the other there are a few with chain link fencing the rest of the way.
The shed has been removed, and I will need to put up one fast. There is no where for my outside things, like the lawn mower etc and nowhere inside to store them. I will need to get a taupauline of some sort till I can get a shed errected. But the land will need flattening first.
The builders were due to come back this week to do the garden, but they were not there when I went today with the electric top up.
Alas its a keycard. Yuk. And its so high I cant reach it without using DGD's step!.
But the carpets will go in on Friday, and we will be in by Tuesday.
So much had to be reorganised. It has been a nightmare. But I think I am there now.
I have decided to let the cleaning company come and do the house after me. I am exhausted now, and need a break, so I would rather stop at BF's over christmas, and let someone else take the strain. I will loose my deposit, but I think that in the long run. For the sake of my health, well I think thats more important. Then I can stop at BF's a bit longer.

thanks for all the good wishes, and positive vibes. I am hoping that the stresses will soon be less.
So we can unpack at our leisure and get the place looking good by the end of January at the latest. (so maybe march knowing my luck!!haha).
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

Well the car parts were not delivered on time, so a wasted journey back to town. I will have to go back tomorrow.
I have only just stopped its been a busy day.
The phone line has to be redone now, so it means that I have to hang around the empty new house again on Wednesday afternoon, between 1pm and 6pm.Not good if I have to have DGD with me!.
I cannot leave her with my parents for that long even if they were able, its too long. Its too long to leave her with her Mum also. So I am contemplating another session at the nursery. More cost. Also the telephone line is now going to cost me £127.50 because the line needs to be reinstalled.
So the savings I made on the lampshades today, pale into insignificance. £170 for the exhaust, (which isbetter then the first quote). I also had a chance to look at a few basic sheds, and we are talking about £128ish, for a 6' x 4'. I can install an 8 x 6 without housing permission. Anymore and I have to ask permission in writing.
    We will have to see.
I have had an acknowledgement from the PAof the head of the Childrens Services to say thy are looking into my complaint.
Time is running out, and I am fed up of waiting.

The meetings last week were stressful and I really am struggling. The court case has to be transfered from the magistrates court to county court now as the other grandparents of DGS1 are putting forward a case to take the boys. (Normally this would be a blessing, but not in this case. They dont really want DGS2, he is just part of the package if they want DGS1 ! No good. They have had no contact with DGS2 and made it clear that they would be still going to work and would expect the father of DGS1 to care for the boys when they carry on their work. AS he is still on drugs this is no good. Then there i the case against them fo thier record of the treatment of thier son, which appears to be quite a file. So we are very worried.
But I cannot take on the boys as well, no matter how much my heart wants to.
I get to see them on Thursday, to do Christmas presents, I think, but thats the last of the contact for a while. I get to find out when later from the solicitors.
The LACreview for DGD was OK.Just a kick in the seat of the SW pants for not having moved the case on.
The SW that has now been appointed is sending her assistant to meet me on Friday! The day the carpets are going into the house. So I will have to juggle meeting he as well.
I am exhausted with all the different thngs that I am having to think about, and the place I have to be in.

Anyway, in 8 day we should be in the new house! I cannot imagine it possible.

Things are not going to plan. But then in my life when ever do they?
I am sitting at the new house, with Dad's Dongle, and waiting for the BT engineer to come and install a phone socket. We found where it was supposed to have been, skimmed over with the new plaster, behind the new radiator. There is a small part of a wire just peeping through the plaster.
I am having a cup of soup while twin2'sBF is helping me with Painting the doors. We put some undercoat on a few of them yesterday, and are now glossing them. I have done one side of a door but the stretching is taking its toll on me.
The car exhaust was fitted yesterday inbetween all my running around. We managed to hammer down the nails in the floors. At least we think we have done them all! I had help with Twin's BF and twin2 yesterday afternoon.
Twin 1 and Biggest of Mooloo's are yet to see the new place.
    DS is at college.
My parents have helped with DGD but this afternoon she is with both the twins at twin1's house.
I am hoping that the BT man comes sooner rather then later. We will see. I won't hold my breath though!

I am tired. Used a lot of spoons yesterday. So less available today.
Had to take car back to the garage as the emitions light is now on. Needs to go back to my general garage as thy think that it may just need resetting, or the catalytic converter has gone! All I will need.
Still no sign of any funding. Really getting annoyed now.
We have found a patch of rotting floorboards in the front room (while hammering nails in), and reported it. But the inspector cannot come and survey it until monday. (day of packing), the problem being apart from trying to be in two places at once, is that the carpets are being fitted on Friday. Only day I can get them in. So Iwill have to ask them not to stick it down! Very annoying.
