Na, I will just treat them with the contempt that they deserve. The daughter tried having a pop on facebook, but I have deleted her, and ignored her. I am bigger and better then them.! (well not physically! but you know what I mean).

The weather was terrible driving down, I went the old road and stayed off of the motorway. I was very tired, and went to bed fairly early.
On Saturday it was a bit of a potter day. We went looking for wallpaper for the boys room,( BF's boys not mine) and today BF got it done. He wants their room done before they come home again.

He took DGD to the fireworks on Saturday, so I got to stay behind once I had driven his car back, and watched TV in the warm.

I came home earlier today, as I wanted to watch the grandprix, but DS has been using the laptop and so I have only just managed to gleen it back.!

Watching Countryfile. I enjoy the diversity of programmes.

I hope that the next week will be a quieter one, even though i have people coming to view the cottage.

Morning All, what awful weather we are having today! Brr I dont like the wind and rain much.
I have a blitz to sort out, as the viewing was moved to Wednesday, and I have to remember my spoons!
DGD is still not 100% and is coughing too much to send her to Playgroup.
DS is still asleep, so I will wake him about 10.30 and then he cannot complain that I have woken him up too early, and I might get some help from him.

Problem with my approved food order, not got the right quantities of potatoes/and beans/bolognese sauces so trying to get a reply to my emails. Getting an acknowledgement but still nobody came back to me, so I may have to muster up the phone!.

Missed a call from the removal firm on Saturday, bit concerned as he didnt seem to have received my email from Friday. Must do some checking that it did send etc.

Molly is not too well, so I am trying to send her as many good wishes and getwell vibes as I can, perhaps you could all have a little thought for her, she has had it very rough of late and is waiting to go into hospital. I hope she doesnt mind me telling you, but she needs all the love and hugs that we can muster up!.:grouphug:

Well all the brussell sprouts are peeled, and blanched. Just put them into 3 bags, and on a tray to cool in the fridge, then will get them out into the freezer in the shed/barn later. All the remaining apples from our tree that were lurking in my fridge for the last couple of months have been chopped up and are now on the stove to make apple pies/crumbles etc. And with all that peeling my arm/neck/shoulder is just too much. So I need a heat pad for a while. Before I can even think of doing the next things.

I finally had a reply to friday's email. They are offering me £10 discount on my next order, so I suppose thats fair enough. Looking at the cost of the things that I ordered etc.
Just annoyed that this is the 3rd order in the row that they have messed up! Ah well never mind. We will get the next order discounted. If I do another order. But it wont be until after the move now. I still have far too much food to deal with.

I am exhausted. Trying to make a soup with the brussells but its rather a dark green, and doesnt look that inspiring so I have chopped up some potatoes and carrots and added them, and will simmer it for another 20 mins and then see what it looks/tastes like. I am terrible, the taste was OK its the look! eat with my eyes.

DS and DGD are not helping me much, and the idea of getting a blitz done today is going slowly out of the window. The bathroom is sorted, the washing is sort of under control, but the front room and DS's are not anywhere, and the stuff in my room also is overtaking the place.
DS wants to go out to get some cigarettes, and I need some milk, so I suppose I will go out. At least when I get back in, I can take my painkillers and start to feel a bit better.

DGD is grizzeling at me, she needs to get to bed early tonight.
We hope she will be well enough to go to Nursery tomorrow,as I am at the dentist, having a tooth out!.
DS has managed to con me into getting another xbox game. How do i not see it coming? I am just too much of a soft touch.

The soup was eddible but I would never make it again. The apples are stewed ready to make some crumbles and pies.

My shopping at Tesco was £10 exactly so that was not too bad.

Am tired and will be going to bed very early indeed.

Hope DGD starts to feel better soon, she's too little yet to understand her cold will soon be over, and best wishes for the dentist tomorrow,.
DS conned you? There's a surprise. It sounds like he's been conning you all day today by not sorting his room out and then getting you to go out for fags for him. Man up mate
