I suppose I could, but having done that years ago, I really just want to do the crafts. If it doesnt sell, then I suppose I will be able to do that.
I like the crafts, of just deciding what a piece of fabric I have at the time will turn into! (thats I hope is either giftable or saleable). Mind you if money gets any tighter, then I will have to think about my sewing time. Currently its something to keep me from all the family worries etc etc.
Well my cupboards are stocked again, and the freezer, so we will not go hungry for a week or two, Maybe 3 or 4 depending on if its DGD and myself or DS as well!.
I am tired now. Actually thats an understatement.
DS has massaged around my neck, and made a huge difference, he seems to draw the heat out of my neck somehow. Only one I know who manages to hover his hands over an area, and make it heat up, without even touching it. Takes the pain levels down considerably so I am not complaining.
My parents are back home, it was lovely to see them. Called in this evening after we collected DGD from Nursery.
Hopeing to see Molly tomorrow, if all is well.
Time for bed for me. Night all. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Give that boy a medal! Massage, eh? There could be a living to be made from that ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

Well he certainly needs to find some sort of living!
We have sent off for the forms for his EMA, fingers crossed.
We have the form for the bus pass, but I am going to have to see if he can get any help with that one, I am on the wrong type of ESA to get a community care grant, (found that out the hard way earlier this year), the ESA section are sending me out a form to see if I can change the type of ESA I am on? Not sure how that works, but if I can get the income related and not the contributions one, I will be able to get CCG's, and free prescriptions etc. So its worth applying.
The application form for the Free prescriiptions should be winging its way to us as well. So fingers crossed all these things start arriving through the door.!
Twin1 is here at the moment, have to take her back around/after lunch, so I have brought the laptop and a cup of tea, (now demolished) up to bed with me, and decided to have an hours peace from DGD's nonstop chatter, while I can.
DS is asleep still. (mind you it took twin1 20 minutes of us banging about and DGD climbing on her to wake up!!).
I hear, the little voice waking up, and saying Granny and I am awake instantly. (be it relunctantly sometimes).
My neck is feeling so much better then it has in a while, so DS has his uses! Mind you he is useless around the house, and doesnt complete the smallest of tasks! Typical lazy teenager. He will have to get his finger out for college next week! Thats going to be a difficult one, as we are all going to have to be up and ready to take him, come what may. At least until we can find help with transport, or a bus going our way!.Sorry, his way.!When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Morning Mooloo
I hear you about the boys and not being able to complete the smallest task. My own dear monsters have the attention span of a gnat when it comes to housework. I'm thinking of investing in an electric cattle prod to get them moving (Joking I promise).
Your DS generating heat with his hands and drawing out pain sounds a lot like what my BIL does when he does spiritual healing. The heat thing in particular, so hopefully it is doing some good. I know my BIL has really helped my MIL with her bad knees, so it can work wonders.
Fingers crossed that you can change the ESA and that your DS realises that college is a good thing and sticks to it. Take care xxx0 -

Re the hands on "healing" ever since he was tiny he was able to hover his hands over someone and say, thats where it hurts you!. But as a teenager its not something that he usually wants to admit to, or tune into. But its still there, he started to massage for a moment, then stopped. and I was watching a bit of TV thought he was resting, then the sudden heat, was amazing, and then TWin1 said to me, do you feel that? I said yes it was better then my heat pad. He was hovering a couple of centimetres away from my neck, and then he had to stop as he "hurt" down to the bone.
Which is where he was taking the pain away from me, the bones!!
Weird. But it works. If only he would be at home more and do it for me, I would be in better shape thats for sure!.:DWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

I used some bondaweb! or something similar. Never used it before, so the first time I cut it out incorrectly and had the bunny facing the wrong way,!! but I just used a small zigzag around the edges, needs a bit of control, and going slowly. But it was fine. I am itching to do more. Just not sure what to do next! It all depends on the fabric lurking, and that I have been lucky enough to have been sent to me, and given to me.
My daughter said that I need to get fabric paints and glittery bits next. But I said I cannot afford it at the moment. Need to make some sales first!! ha ah.:rotfl::rotfl::DWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
