Just wait BH .... they'll turn this thread into one arguing the pro's of using Bags 4 Life next .... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Feel free to join us in the Tesco Avoidance group ;)
has that group been set up yet?

i prefer netto, most of their 4 checkout staff have worked out i am older than them (on the rare occasions i buy alcohol for others as i am not supposed to drink)

tesco bags for life are rubbish, i prefer morrisons (its closer to my new place than tesco, then of course there is asda)

I bet if we hunt on FB we can find an anti-Tesco group! I'm avoiding the place after the "member of staff blatantly lying to me" episode last week.

Discovered Netto three weeks ago (not been before). I'm impressed, definitely going back for regular shopping.

Still waiting for the new Morrisons to open, meant to be late summer.

netto takes time and effort to get the best from, fresh fruit and veg isnt the best from there, asda is much better for that, but for the big what i call 'dry' shop (tins/ cleaning stuff etc) it seems more than adequate

erm.....can someone read back please I WORKED IN A SUPERMARKET FOR SEVEN YEARS AND I WAS A CHECKOUT TEAM TRAINER

Worked. Past tense. Things have changed dramatically just in the last year where i work re: IDing. Challenge 25. If you look 25 or under you will be asked for ID. You are only over this by 3 years and you admit the cashier said you looked 'around' 25. Therefore you get asked for ID. I have IDed people who turn out to be your age - it happens. Get over it and grow up. Either carry ID or dont buy age restricted products.

    There's only one retard here...
