I think its just going to make more work for advisors, like I said, swapping bolt-ons around rather than just adding the one thats requested.
Will make it fun as well for customers who take out their contracts in 3rd party stores, they can only take unlimited texts so if they want to add the unlimited landlines, basically, they can't.
its ONLY unlimited texts you cant have ? thats on o2's siteSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Hopefully a U-turn will be done when they realise its not a good move.
I can understand getting rid of o2 calls because the family bolt-one gives way more better value, it is a fantastic bolt-on but not the rest.
free o2 calls replaced by free o2 calls to a limited number of people ? thats not good for any customer at allSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... That's correct as it becomes o2 restricted to X amount of customers with o2 FAMILY
If you want to add certain £7.50 bolt on's that are being discontinued you better call today and add them as the changes happen tomorrow, but remember you will not be able to add anymore of the "discontinued" £7.50 bolt ons after tomorrow for the remainder of your contract term ! If you are not happy with that wait till tomorrow and cancel your contract with no FEES.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... what happens if you have no chergable bolt ons on??? can you still cancel0

No, why would you be able to? I've not been in work but the way I would imagine it would work is that accounts that have chargeable bolt ons at the moment will be allowed to keep them for the duration of their contract.
Those on sim only (i.e 30 days) contract will be notified with 30 days notice as per our terms and conditions that we will be removing them, you will have the option of cancelling as all sim only customers do.
No real detriment to any customer, unless you are trying to add a bolt on after they have been removed, in which case we have given notice.
