Would you be able to list the ones that are going.
On my sim only i hve Unlimited Texts and Unlimited Web.
I had thought about adding on Unlimited Landines too0 -
I put the ones that are staying on the first page - so elimination will tell you the ones that are going
I don't know the in's and out's of sim only and whether you could keep them - my guess is that we have to give you 30 days notice to remove them so the unlimited texts will likely be coming off.

when i upgraded today i was told no free web bolt on had to pay £7.50 for it? yesterday i was told i could have either web bolt on or free 02 to o2 calls today im told has to be free 02 calls. any advice? i dont need the free 02 calls but use a lot of web and have the free web bolt on atmWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
Depends what tariff you were upgrading onto. So if it's one that doesn't normally come with the option of a free bolt on it won't suddenly change to that. Some of the lower sim only or tariffs only come with free o2 calls and don't have the option of anything else.

Stupid question probably but how on earth do you get through to a person on o2? Funnily enough trying to cancel a text bolt on today and couldn't find on option to cancel nor could I manage to actually speak to anyone.
Does this now mean that this text bolt on, PAYG, will no longer be charged for? I managed to change the tarriff to textalot or whatever its called but the bolt on charge is due to be paid on 31 May so don't want to top up incase the £10 is taken. Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0 -

The free o2-o2 calls is the promotional bolt-on on the online version of that tariff so thats why. You would have to go to the £35 tariff (and have it reduced if you're after a retention deal)Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

These bolt-ons are only for contract customers.
Do bear with us at the moment, for what ever reason things have mental in o2 world and we have phone calls coming out of our ears (mind the pun) and callers are having to go through longer waits, we're trying the best we canWork like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
So, I currently get unlimited O2 to O2 calls on my 18month Online Texter 30 contract. However, would that no longer be available for new customers? Or have I misunderstood?0
