    No its been far from easy:rotfl:If this exchange happens in the next couple of weeks it will have taken three buyers, in excess of 80 viewings and exactly a year!

  • Phew - over 80. Wow! We sold to our 1st viewer (this one thats fallen thru) and had one other couple view before that. Have been on to agent and they are spending the afernoon ringing round as they have 2 sales riding on this! Our vendors are devastated too.

    Our first buyer was one of the first viewers, she pulled out after three weeks, second buyer was way after that and the third only a few weeks after the second.

    On PPs behalf I think it was 17th June the offer was accepted from reading past posts. I bothered to read back because I was interested to know too. Our offer was accepted on 8th July and I'm getting impatient already!
