Can't believe your buyer Pawpurrs:mad: really hope she sorts herself out and deals with her stress.
Crossing things for you Pink.
We are back off hols and did one viewing last night and have another tonight. Both have sold their properties so hope one likes it. The one last night was a bloke i went to school with so that was a bit strange! I still feel strange showing people round the house, cant think of things to say other than this is the living room etc without sounding really pushy or phony. How do others feel?
Have had an electrician round and the quote for giving us a certificate to say the electrics are safe is £250 plus VAT. Have another lot coming round today to give us a comparison so once that is done we will feel better that we have a bit of paper in our hands. As for the soffits/fascias thing they picked up EA has told us not to bother as buyer can do that. Just hope next buyer will accept Indemnity on the fact we have no receipt for RSJ work on our kitchen/diner. If not then that will cost us more in time and money but then we should have been more careful to start with- lesson learned!
Good luck to everyone and hope you get some sleep/ stress relief Pawpurrs I lost 3 and half pounds at slimming world the week our sale fell through so know how awful the stress can feel.Cross Stitch Challenge Member ?Number 2013 challenge = to complete rest of millenium sampler.0 -
I hat doing viewings but usually talk about local amentities, how quiet the neighbours kids are, and how little the gas bill is.

You need to find the money for the sale to go through, got any thing to sell? A car perhaps? It would be worth a word with your mortgage company maybe through them you can put the 3k on an unsecured loan, if it means they get most of their money back it would be better than having to repossese.Pawpurrs x0
