Well I have my buyers surveyor / valuation person coming round tomorrow... and I'm nervous.
I only bought the house 2 years ago and there were no problems then so I'm hoping it should all be fine..... but its still scary!0 -
Thought i would add to this thread. We have had 8 viewers on our property in 3 weeks. we have a further 2 viewers this weekend.
1 offer 6% over asking price(knocked back) so far.
We are in no hurry to sell average selling time in our area is nearly 1 year, according to home.co.uk. Willing to wait as long as it takes.0 -

Because anyone will offer that. its a bargain. The house is not over priced and is one of the cheapest in area.
It WILL fetch more.0 -

TP has already said he has tried his best to get rid of the smell so there's not much else he can do, besides (as suggested!) shoot the cats.
Can't get rid of the cat smell really means hasn't worked hard enough to get rid of the cat smell.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
