Tinkaf1 - a savvy EA would never suggest re-marketing unless they truly believed the sale is not going to be rescued. You are allowed to change your mind on something like this, especially after having time to think about it. 4 weeks will take you past the traditional busier spring period and towards the quieter holiday time. My advice would be to ask the EA to keep the ex-buyers sweet but that you need to re-market.3.9kWp solar PV installed 21 Sept 2011, due S and 42° roof.

You need to re market now and not wait 4 weeks. The longer you wait the less you you are likely to get for your property.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Financial Savvy: Yes please
This weekend we finally finished the front room and it looks clean, open and modern. Took 6 coats of paint to make the radiator white though (who paints all the wood and radiators navy blue?!?! So glad this was the last room to do!)
Now to paint the outside, re paint the rest of the rooms inside (can do all in a day) and then give housenetwork a shoutGreen and White Barmy Army!0 -
Don't know if it is just a glitch in the system or something more, but the house two down from us in the chain for our sale that fell through is now listed as back on the market again. I wonder if our buyers dropping out of buying this house is causing problems lower down in the chain.0

care to expand on this please??
my position is that im in the military and have been posted away from where i was based and am now 100 miles away from the family home so only get to see my wife and children for a short time over the weekend.
we are going into military married quarters at the camp i am now based which are cheap enough to be able to afford the mortgage on my current house plus the married quarter.
i have the house on the market for a reasonable price which would be great if i can sell it at.
what i meant by my original post was that if i cant get the price for it i want i wont sell it as i wont make much profit so it makes sense to rent it and wait for the market to pick up again.
its not going to cost me in extra on the mortgage as my mortgage lendor have said due to being ibn the military they wont change my rates or charge me to let my house.
what i can rent it for will easily cover the mortgage.
hope this helps0 -
